"You're a disgrace, a fucking menace!" The mirror shouts back at me. Tears and makeup fill up it's eyes My vision too blurry to see. Why am I like this, broken and worthless, Can't get a single thing right? I don't want a fucking fanciful life, Just leave all of this shit behind. The girl in the mirror looks at me in tears And tells me "I'm going insane." And instantly I know how she truly feels Cause I endure the same pain. If this is what life is supposed to be Then I would rather decline, Yet I'm standing here, fight day after day, As I dream of a life that shines.
