Marvel in Chronological Order

I am currently watching the Marvel TV shows and Movies in Chronological order. I just finished Thor: The Dark World. I do wish they had spent a little more time on Agent Carter though. For instance, after watching the One Shot where she got invited to run S.H.I.E.L.D. with Howard Stark, I was left wondering what happened there. I would like to see a little more backstory into Peggy and some of the other SSR Agents. And who did Daniel Sousa end up with? Did him and Peggy date for long? I'm pretty sure they didn't get married, but still I feel like I am in the dark here! I would also like to see some more focus on Howard Stark, would like to know more about his future wife and when they adopted Tony and WHY they adopted Tony. And Jarvis, I mean COME ON he is important! Hell Tony named his whole system after him. After his wife got shot and told they couldn't have babies, what happens there? Do they adopt any children? It just feels like there is so much missing that I would like answers to.
