Honestly I haven’t written here in a while, i just kind of forgot about this blog, plus I’ve been so busy with school ; But !! , here’s something new, it’s more of a self insert angst thing just cuz I’ve been feeling sad lately.

This is going to be mauraders specifically, Regulus x James x Remus x Self insert or reader or however you’d like to depict it.

Warnings : mentions of past self harm, mental disorders, mentions of autism, having an overwhelming day, overstimulation, anxiety issues, depression, lack of motivation, + more maybe.

Regulus is a AFAB male whom uses he/they pronouns, James is Transgender FTM && uses he/him pronouns, Remus is a Afab male that uses he/him pronouns && reader / self insert has female anatomy and she/her pronouns are mentioned quite frequently throughout it.

It had been a particularly difficult day for her, everything seemed to be going wrong on her part, first she forgot how to tie her shoes that morning and ended up tripping over her shoelace, so honestly it was just a whole bad thing in her regard.

And then there was that time in potions class where things got too loud and she covered her ears with her hands, things were overwhelming at that moment and Regulus could see it.

Regulus took the hints about how she was overwhelmed or just genuinely having a bad day at that point, he tapped her shoulder trying to get her attention quickly.

She removed her hands from her head and turned to look at Regulus, He grabbed her hand firmly giving it a small squeeze to affirm to her that everything was going to be okay.

It seemed to calm her down a little bit, she leaned her head on his shoulder, closing her eyes for a moment the loudness of the class putting itself in the back of her brain not making her pay much attention to it.

After class Regulus lead her to her dorm and got her to sit down on her bed surrounded by her safe things, a tiger stuffed animal and a small chew ring, the chew ring helped with her urge to chew on her hand, it just solved some major issues.

Regulus took out his phone quickly and shot a quick text to both Remus && James saying. ;

📲 ; She’s in one of her overwhelmed states again, can you guys come over?.

Before sitting behind her on the bed, allowing her to lean against his chest as he played with her hair, soon enough the door opened and James and Remus walked in, Remus was carrying a bag of Panda Express one of her safe foods, she really liked plain chicken flavored rice for some reason.

anyways, after a while they got her calmed down and got her to tell them what was wrong and what happened for her to be overwhelmed like that.

and then happy ending.

ps. this was very lazy as i wrote this in the timeframe of an hour and a half.

of course !, id love to write you smth like that; in all honesty i miss writing for the eddsworld fandom !

these are just small head cannons because of the fact i am just downright lazy when it comes to writing – later on i might write a drabble but for now it’s just head cannons!

edd;

– he wouldn’t really know what to do when you start getting chronic pains; he would try his best to understand and help.

- he would probably try and get you heating pads and cooling pads to try and help with your pains even though he wouldn’t be too educated on it.

– he would try his best to help you even though sometimes it wouldn’t really help; he’s just so sweet sometimes

tord ;

– he would actually know what he’s doing, because he has chronic pains too; he has chronic back pains.

– he would get you everything you need for when those pains hit, aspirin, cooling pads and heating pads and something to take your mind off of how much the pains hurt.

- he’s very helpful when it comes to those pains because he knows how it feels to have chronic pains; he definitely lets you lay your back on him and just ramble when your in the middle of these pains.

matt ;

– also like edd, he doesn’t really know what to do but he’ll try his best because he doesn’t wanna see you in pain.

- let’s you ramble about your interests when this happens, to take your mind off of the pain.

- also gives you heating and cooling pads to try and help with the pains; somewhat also like tord and lets you lay your back onto him and talk abt ur interests.

– he’s actually a mix between edd and tord he sometimes doesn’t know what to do but other times he’s actually helpful.

tom;

– he’s surprisingly extremely helpful when it comes to having chronic pains, he knows exactly what to do when this happens, he gets you comfortable and gets you heating pads and cooling pads.

- he’ll get you whatever you need or ask for, he really doesn’t want you getting out of bed unless you have to go to the washroom; he’s just afraid it’ll hurt you more if you get anything.

– he’s just really overprotective when you end up getting chronic pains and doesn’t let anyone but himself near you and he tries his best.

– hates all weather , he only likes the rain because the sound it makes on the roof of his tin shack (yes he lives in a tin shack bc i said so)

– he wears clothes that looks like he’d be rich – suit and tie kinda shit but he’s not he’s really just a almost homeless person 🥹

– he loves reading , fireplace + reading is an amazing dynamic for him , he loves to read near fireplaces

– he’s british you cannot tell me otherwise , he also has a heavy british accent and everyone calls him a brit

– loves the summer , beaches are his thing – he loves swimming he’s basically a fish except he can also be on land

there you were standing in your room , blade in hand – about to take your own life .. what was the use in living anymore you thought no one cared or so you thought , it was always like this not a single person caring about you at all – it’s been that way since you were a kid , bullies and other stuff were always problems in your life – middle school was especially a huge time where you got bullied .. despite all of that you tried to stay strong though being strong with your emotions didn’t help – you decided to take your own life on that specific day , scars lining your wrists , the blade in your hand when tord bursts in , noticing you with the blade in hand .. his eyes starting to water – hating what he had seen , he honestly thought it was his fault , you guys had been arguing as of late and he thought this was the cause of you wanting to do this .. freshly sliced scars on your wrist , he hated the way he felt guilty he hated feeling like this – it was like something he couldn’t help , he walked towards you .. going to attempt to help you calm down , his feet dragging against the cold wood floor – rain could be heard from outside , the sound of rain clashing against the roof – he held you close trying to understand what was going through your mind at that present time for you to be thinking like this and wanting to do it , he would place your head on his chest sighing as you let it all out , sobbing into his chest letting everything that was wrong out to him , despite your past abusive relationship everything was fine with him, you loved him truly and he loved you .. despite your constant arguments and fighting the fighting was one thing but the way you two acted towards each other spitted pure hatred despite being lovers in all, fighting and pushing each other around like you didn’t care for each other – your parents did not approve of tord whatsoever , they thought he was ruthless and mean , he was a thief after all – you first met him in an alleyway that your ex had abandoned you in , the worst night of you life but by far it was the best thing that ever happened to you , because if you haven’t been abandoned by him there you wouldn’t of never met tord , soon after you stopped crying – he gave you a soft kiss , the kiss turning into a makeout session , tongue’s fighting for dominance , loving the way you two hated each other with such a passion but you also loved each other , tord pushed you against the wall – you two still kissing each other , making out with each other was a wonderful thing – soon tord had his hand around your neck slightly choking you , you head emptying any thoughts they once had , he grinned at you as his fingers were around your throat – he squeezed slightly being careful not to cut off your breathing entirely , in all you two loved each other

reader uses gender neutral pronouns , so they/them.

as far as anyone could see on the outside y/n was totally fine , tord didn’t think so of course .. tord was the kind of guy to care about others , he heard sobbing coming from y/n’s room , so he went to check it out , he knocked on the door , waiting for an answer he wanted an answer he wanted to see if they were alright.

he knocked again since he didn’t get an answer the first time and he finally got an answer this time , y/n scrambled to compose themself , they quickly grabbed tissue and began wiping the tears from their eyes quickly before opening the door.

tord was oblivious to the fact y/n had been crying and waited for the door to open , he smiled when he saw they had started to open the door , he cleared his throat before he started talking to y/n

“ hey y/n you alright ? i heard crying and thought id check it out you know ! “ he said as they stood in the room , dark eyebags underneath their eyes , it was kind of obvious they were crying before hand and they just sniffled , an obvious sign they had been crying due to stuffy noses .

tord quickly knew what was wrong , he figured out quite quickly y/n had been crying , he stepped closer to them , before wrapping his arms around them , pulling them into a warm hug , y/n burst out sobbing into his chest.

y/n was sobbing into his chest and tord placed a hand on their head , patting their head before speaking again

“ shh it’s going to be alright , i know it’s hard right now but it’ll get better i promise you “
