Hi Bea, I continue to struggle/have shame with my desire to be diapered and use my diapers for the potty. Have you experienced this and if so how have you overcome it?

I used to struggle with this and it took a lot of work to overcome, but it's undoubtedly worth the effort. I was able to finally accept this kink by accepting myself, in every aspect of my being. Don't focus on just accepting the kink. Commit to getting to know yourself and loving yourself in all areas of your life.

The biggest lesson is learning not to care what other people think of you. Shame only exists when you value the opinions of others. But this is YOUR life after all, so do your best to embrace who you are and happiness is sure to follow.

One thing that helped me considerably on my self-love journey was to thwart negative self-talk whenever it popped up and replace it with kind words and admiration for myself.

Always remember: you are enough and deserve love despite having a kink that many don't understand!
