Hello Guys, I' back again for so long I know toy waiting for me 😂 HAHAHA. BTW, I'm Dave Mauricio I really don't know what I'm gonna say right know but I Just wanna share my experience on our retreat last Thursday and Friday at Ramon Water World. 😆 I'm expecting a very happy retreat but unfortunately I'm disappointed w/ some of the student and also some of my classmate or even I have showed bad attitude. I enjoy how Sir Minor deliver his message to us and I really appreciated it and love the "ikot- ikot sabihan ng puro positive sa katapat" I love what I heard from my classmate about myself and also what I told them is what I observe about them and my heart talk for them. AHAHA. I'm really tired right know I don't know what I'm saying but I only what to finish this. I don't why they did not allowed us to swim. This swimming pool is a good display. So much hate I felt for that. Thank you! Have a good day everyone!

BLOG IS LIFE 💓

Yaaaah yaaah yaah yah. Hello again my readers. As you can see it's a bit late for my weekly blog ugh it's because we have no Internet and it sucks. 😠 But now that I have the chance to upload it, I'm gonna do it. 😎 Wazup again, how is everyone's weekend? I hope y'all are doing good. One thing that I want to share is that I know that most of you would agree. Y'all should enjoy your remaining days at school, most and especially for the graduating students like me. 🎓 I'm certainly sure that y'all gonna miss the bonding you've shared with your niggas and homies. Seize it and always have fun, just a bit of advice from your senpai and also your sensei. 👷 Having said that I have a good news and also a bad one. The good news is that, I just have 16 hours left remaining in my work immersion. ⏳ But the sad one is that, I will no longer have to write blogs. 😭 I will miss writing blog for sure. 👍 But no worries because my colleagues will be doing this work cause I assume they have still about 40 hours remaining. I don't now what they have been doing in their life hahaha but I assure your there will always be weekly blog coming from them. In this week I've been always and always doing a lot in the Warehouse Department. Still rollin ma homie

Soooooo wazup wazup my readers! ☝️ Long time no blog from me, Marc Kiel Faustino. 👷 Cold weather as well XB season right? 💖🌬️ Hahaha. I bet some of you are familiar of it, familiar because some think it's jejemon but for me it's cool yow hahaha. 🤘 By the way how is everyones vacation? I know all of you had a lot of amazing vacation. 😎 Let's already get down to business readers haha. As usual as you can see all of my blogs, they or we are always busy even though I'm just an immersionist there. But that is the good thing there because even though it is not related to my course in college I can still feel the pressure of being in a job. 🤑 And another thing is that, it is better than not doing anything right? Taking the initiative so that the company will have the initiative also to give you a good grade in exchange for the effort you exerted. ☝️ Tips from me. And I just want to add some features here in my blog, that is the update on my time in this work immersion. 120 hours is needed to complete our work immersion. And luckily 40 hours is stil lacking for it to be completed. ⌚ But there in the Corporate Office, I think I am advancing in hours compared to them. No need to worry for them, they are always doing fine. ☝️ Except that last Wednesday, a breaker just exploded there so they dismissed them early. Hi Guys, ✋Today were having our best month for this year ofcourse it's December. I don't know if I like this month, 😑I love cold weather but it causes me lot like cold and fever😥 and even attending late to school because of the continues rain. 🌧🌩 Last week we celebrated our Chrismas party we enjoy a lot 😃of games just like what we played I don't know what is that game called but I think it's a funny gift. Damn, I recieve a heart shape box 💙 and when I open what just a saw is a two FUCKING can of sardines😏. A moment of silence and I'm upset, but gues what? Bibelle Sandstorm recieve my gift a one pack of modess w/ wings to secure his future.😆 My brooo Marc Kiel Faustino didn't attend our Chrismas Party because of his religion but still were happy for him.😎 We have a secret why were so happy for that event😃 but please be quiet. Shhhhhh....🙊 before were enter our venue men, I patataaas, and my four classmate planned to drink 6 bottles of Red Horse extra strong ITO AND TAMAAAA!!! Were freakin broken but so Happeeee! 🙃 I know that is a bad doin but broo, once a year only. When the exchange gift comes, 🎁 I so Happpeee who gifted me and what I recieve. Mama! I got a new T-shirt and boxer shorts! You know what? Were having a long Chrismas break. I don't know how to spend this but my tito invited me to come with him to Pampanga. I think that's good for me. This year is not bad for me I rate this year 6/10. I don't have a highlight for this year. For 2018 is very exciting we will graduated from SH and continue our journey for our College. Soooooo hello hello again my readers.👋😁 Put your hands in the air for those who waited for my blog!! ✍️ 11 days to go and it's Christmas already hehe. I know many of you are busy but let me borrow some of your time for our weekly blog. *DRUM BEATS ALOUD* So as this season comes and this years is coming to and end, Equity has been so busy. Well all of the blog says its busy anyway hahaha. As I was saying Equity Kampanyang Mapagkakatiwalaan has been so busy with their planning of Christmas Party, gift givings, and putting on top priority their customers needs and their service. All of them, all the employees are excited about it. They deserve a break for almost a year of exhausting but fulfilling work. 💕 What a company, very commendable EMI. 👏 I'm very proud to have work immersion in this company. As usual me and my work immersion mates still has a lot to do. Encoding, checking of Engine number, answering telephone calls. But yeah, I almost forgot this week we had our exaaaaams. 😢 It's our first time to experience that while you're having your work immersion at the same time your studying as well. Unlike the other schools that is focused on their work immersion and works 8 hours a day. So, are you concerned if I have reviewed and passed our exams? Falling Apart

Hi Guys, were back again and this time I feel we have falling apart from our past blog. Some of my groupmates can't finish there blog because of a lot to do at school specially P6 and Chemis3. So still I decided to continue our blog. This is me Marc Kiel Faustino, for my blog here in Equity Warehouse Department. 😎 Dave Mauricio will lead the blog RIP English again. 😞 Let me summarize my 3rd week shortly. To be honest, being punctual is so hard to do. I've been consistent late in my immersion place 😄 But as far as I know they understand me because the place is so far away and my fare is always doubled. 💸 I've been pressured by Ma'am Jona, because she was rushing her report and he wants me to do the load of works in just one sitting!? Hehehe. 😁 Of course I've done my best but of course it is impossible to finish that encoding. So I assume on Monday, I'll be busy again. That's all of it, gotta review for my exam. 👋 Like and subscribe in our blog to be updated. Happy weekend everyone. 💞 This week I feel lazy at our office, for 4 hours Ma'am Lanie gave me only two task to do 😏 and I finish it easily💪. Men, I kinda feel sleepy and bored in that moment and still I got to be awake and waiting for 5pm for my out😪. I feel mad to because we are not invited to there Chrismas party😐. Damn, I'm hoping to join them and I wanted to eat only🐴. They should give us Chrismas bonus and double our allowance and give us piptyin tawasan peysos. TEAM EQUITY FOR THE WIN

Sooooooooooooo here we are again the Team Equity of St. Catherine. I, Marc Kiel Faustino will be leading this weeks' blog. 😎 I can say that I literate in terms of computer and about media. But as I type our teams blog, it gives me that feeling of nervousness because I will have so many readers. *I'm assuming that I am famous hahaha) It is a weird feeling about sharing what you've done for the week it makes me feel like a celebrity. 😂 I do have some sorts of social media accounts but I'm just using it to see what's happening in the world, but now I'm sharing my experience to the netizens, who knows right? Someday maybe "Wil Dasovich" might discover me, or could be Elen DeGeneres or could be the best is CONG TV! WAAAAAAAH!! PASIKAT! PAWER MGA KAPAANALIG! *Only subscribers cong tv could understand what I'm saying* ☝️ To start with: Let us have first those in the corporate office, because me? Me? ME? I've been thrown to the warehouse. 😭 Yes a warehouse. But I see opportunity in it to learn so I took the task. C and C Department: Edmund Dave Mauricio Hi guys I'm m Dave Mauricio, I'm here again guys to share my experience last week. On Wednesday I Absent for my immersion for the 2nd time because I'm having a illnes on that day. When ever I enter Equity corp. I feel they are very kind and having a good relationship toward there co-workers having a good chemisty is different for me. I go shock when the other supervisor called me to the HR room (probably I dont know here name) and she asking me to teach them to dance for there Chrismas presentation and I say no cause I really dont know to dance when need to me true to our self sometimes. I'm glad that I deploy to Equity corp. Every week I learned something from them. Woah what an English there dude! ☝️😂 Oh sorry don't be offended. ✌️ What I can say is that you should get yourself together. Be well already and let's make HATAAAAAW! For the Operations Department: Bryan Mendoza This week i experience how to encode in Microsoft excel, even though i only go to my ojt once this week. I learn it from sir Alex Matammo one of my supervisors in my ojt in Equity Machineries. I am in operation department that time. He ask me to encode the official receipt (OR) of the product of their company and I learn some of their transaction this week.. Wow that's awesome. You're really a man of few words. Lastly is me in Equity Warehouse Department. My work immersion is so amazing. All the people that works there welcomed me so warm and they all have good hearts. They have generous hearts and treated me so good. Sir Apot and Sir Kenneth who have a very joyfuo laughs that makes the office laugh too because it's too hilarious hahaha! 😁 They make the office alive because they speak Iloko so fluent and their accent is kinda different in the most funny way. They've been so busy for this because of their upcoming Christmas party, they are planning for the program, foods and their plus one. I suppose another one is because of work of course. Many are purchasing motorcycles to make it as a gift. I can say that their stress level is so high woooh. Because of the load of work they have. Good thing they me to help them haha. 😂 Another good thing is that I'm learning to take the pressure and handle it as well as the stress. The travel is pain in the ass because ugh, tricycle drivers' always demand to double the fare and most of them ditch me. Nonetheless, I learn a lot if things from them. From encoding, accounting, even selling. That you for a nice experience that you give to me and I promise I will always treasure all the things that Equity workers and my supervisors taught and given me. It's not like this is my last blog hello. Don't miss me my readers okay? This is how we roll

Equity Machineries, Inc. or most popularly known and branded as ” EQUITY, Kumpanyang Mapagkakatiwalaan” is the flagship company of ATTY. BAGNOS B. TACTAY, who is its founder, former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.

Our Teacher Mrs. Oliver decided to deploy us at Equity Machineries. On our first day our instructor ma'am Jane oriented us and base on our skill that we wrote she assigned us on different departments. I, Dave Mauricio, Kiel Faustino, Bryan Mendoza and JP Pascua were very exited and little bit nervous.

We are here today to share you guys what we have experience and learned for the past few weeks on our immersion.

I'm Dave Mauricio assigned to C&C (command and control) our instructor introduced me to ma'am Jovi (Head of C&C) and her assistant ma'am Lani. Ther were both damatands and I thought they were strict. Ma'am Lani always giving me a lot of papers to do. I always checking the client name, signatures, arranging it alphabetically etc. at 3 o'clock in the afternoon my neck started to getting pain it's always fine because ma'am Lani is a jolly person and men, I'm always wondering how can she laugh at her own joke(whhhhhhyyyyyy?! are you insane!?) she always make me laugh on on that point but she is absulotely kind and cool last week she gave me money to buy both of us a drink. She always inspire me to finish me job and it's nice to be part of them, that's it I'm out.

I'm JP paacua and Last Monday 20th of November. They have been giving me a lot of paper works. I’m arranging papers by series and separating the yellow paper to the original one. It’s very tiring whenever ughh.. Whenever I go to the office all I see is Papers! Papers! Papers! But these past few days I think I’m enjoying it. :D Yesterday I don’t work on papers anymore, They gave me a new work and that is encoding. Yaaaay! :D Through my hard work I deserve a high grade.

Hello guys, I'm Kiel Faustino and for the 4th week of November, I have been going through like up and down in my work immersion. Sometimes I’m doing a lot of work but because I am assigned in the afternoon, the one assigned in the morning continues the work. Then sometimes all I do was to sit and answer the incoming call from telephone. I find it hard to do the encoding task because I am 4 hours seating in front of the computer and imputing the warehouse passes, serials and many more. I am doing everything that they want me to do and behaving properly and because of that I am expecting that I will earn a good grade in the end of this work immersion. But, for my readers all I can say is that I am having a good time because I am also experiencing the hassle and stress in my workplace. This is it all for our blog for this week. I'm Bryan Mendoza and at my first day of my OJT I was assigned in the operation department of equity machineries, equity machineries have 13 branches. The one that supervise me is Sir Alex Matammo the Liaison officer of our office. He teaches me of what they do everyday in office. This week, I learn how to encode the (OR) official receipt of a motor. Sometimes I help sir Alex to fix their give aways.
