When you have a lot to offer a lot of people/entities will try and take advantage of you both consciously and unconsciously.

Chances are you're probably not even aware of how much you actually have to offer and when you don't you end up giving more than receiving untill you become depleted.

My advice would be to get to know yourself and your weaknesses, deeply, when you know your blind spots you are less susceptible to manipulation and harder to harvest.

You are worthy of receiving as much as you give.

You are not too much, you just need to direct your love/light/energy towards a more spacious direction, somewhere your love can flow freely, without being consumed.
