Mutton Marag
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS :
1) 1 kg mutton attached to bones
2) 2 tablespoon g/g paste
3) salt to taste
4) less than half T spoon of turmeric
5)250 grams of curd
6) 2big onions
7) black pepper corn 2tablespoon
8) 1/2 cup Cashew paste
9) 1 tablespoon oil
10) 1/2 cup almond paste
11) 1/2 cup pistachios paste
12) 5 tablespoon ghee
13) 2 tablespoon white pepper powder
14) fresh cream 1 cup
15)1/2 cup milk cream (malai)
16) 1 tablespoon whole garam masala
17) 2T spoon green chillies paste
18) mint and coriander 2 tablespoon
.
.
METHOD :
👉In a deep vessel(also called bagona in our Hyderabadi language 😉😉😂😂) , add oil and heat it
👉Add whole garam masala (cloves,cinnamon,caraway,cardamon) also add black pepper corns
👉Add onion's and cook till it gets transculent, add g/g paste , salt , green chillies paste , turmeric, mutton mix all together , cook for few minutes then add 4 glasses of water mix well
👉Put the lid on vessel now let it cook for 90 minutes or more than that
👉Once it is cooked now add this blended paste (almond, cashews, pistachios) in this cooked mutton mix well
👉Now add mint & coriander , white pepper, ghee mix the mixture
Let it cook for few minutes till it comes to boil also until oil leaves the sides ....

White sauce pasta
INGREDIENTS :
1) 250 grams of penne pasta
2) 200 grams of chicken (cutted in to small pieces )
3) 2 tablespoon butter or olive oil
4) 2 Tspoon all purpose flour
5) 1 1/2 cup of milk
6) 1 T spoon black pepper powder
7) salt as per your taste
8) 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
9) 1 T spoon minced garlic
10) oregano/ chilli flakes/ olives (for garnishing)

METHOD:
👉Boil pasta according to package directions
👉 Meanwhile in a large saucepan fry chicken in butter for 4-5 minutes until tender now add milk in to it bring it toa boil
👉 Combine flour & water until smooth, gradually add this mixture in the chicken mixture..
Add salt , ginger, black pepper mix well, bring to a boil reduce heat cook & stir for 2 minutes or until sauce thickened
👉 Drain boiled pasta add the pasta in chicken and white sauce mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes add cheese mix well transfer it to a serving plate garnish it with oregano, chilli flakes & olives(optional )
Tips : 1) pasta will get thick as it cools down so serve it hot
2) if sauce becomes too thick add water or milk in it & heat it for 30 seconds ..

These are no bake protein bars easy to make soft & chewy made with simple ingredients ..

INGREDIENTS: ➡️1 cup crushed almonds ➡️1 cup crushed cashews ➡️1 cup wallnuts ➡️1/2 cup crushed peanuts ➡️1/2 cup grated coconuts ➡️1/2 cup flax seeds powder ➡️1/2 cup chia seeds ➡️1 tablespoon sesame seeds ➡️1 cup roasted oats ➡️2 cups of dates puree ➡️3 tablespoon of honey ➡️3 tablespoon of protein powder ➡️➡️Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl , stir the mixture thoroughly until it forms a uniform dough ➡️Put the dough on a parcement paper and flatten it & refrigerate it for 1 hour ➡️Now cut it with a knife in to a unifomly shaped bars ➡️Store them in a air tight container in the refrigerator ..

Not-so healthy, yet so-scrumptious roadside delight
Home made "samosa chaat "
Recipe :
INGREDIENTS :
1) 250 grams white peas (soaked overnight & boiled before making )
2) 2 samosa
3) half cup tomatoes
4 ) 1 lemon
5) 1 onion
6) 1 tablespoon mint
7) 1 tablespoon cilantro
8) 2 tablespoon spoon sev
9) 1 tablespoon oil
10) 1 Tspoon chaat masala
11) 2 green chillies finely chopped
12) 1 cup sweet curd
13) 1 cup sweet & sour chutney
14) half Tspoon salt
15) 1 Tspoon red chilli powder
16) 1 Tspoon ginger garlic paste
METHOD :
✔️Heat oil in a pan then add onions + green chillies + ginger garlic paste+ salt & mix for 2 minutes
✔️after two minutes add tomatoes mix well for a minute then add white peas + red chilli powder +lemon & chaat masala mix well than add 1 cup of water let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
✔️Add samosas & make it into pieces & mix
✔️turn of the heat and transfer this on plates
✔️Now on the top of the chaat add onions , cilantro, mint, curd, chutney & sev .. give a nice presentation as shown in the picture 😉😂😉 and serve hot ♨️.
(Note : you can also add green chutney also called mint chutney , I have not added it because I don't like it )

Chicken oats
I feel better all day ,if I start off by eating healthy .... RECIPE
Ingredients :
1) 1 onion
2) 2 tomatoes 🍅
3) half tablespoon coriander
4) half tablespoon mint
5) 250 grams of chicken
6) 3 tablespoon oats
7) half T spooon salt
8) half T spoon of red chilli powder
9) less than half T spoon of turmeric
10) 1 T spoon of ginger garlic paste
11) half lemon
12 ) 2 pinch of black pepper powder
13) 1 tablespoon of oil
14) 1 slit green chilli
METHOD : ✔️In a deep pan heat oil, put onion and ginger garlic paste & saute for a minute ✔️Add green chilli , tomato mix well till oil comes out ✔️add chicken , turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper mix well Let it cook for 2 minutes ✔️Add 1 glass of full water mix well cook till chicken is done ✔️When it comes to a boil and if chicken is done than add oats , coriander, mint
✔️Add lemon ,mix well ✔️Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes ✔️after 5 minutes close the stove ✔️ Garnish with mint & coriander leaves and serve hot .. ☑️NUTRITION :

TAHARI
Made these tahari today for lunch 😍
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS :
1) 750 grams of mutton
2) 1 kg of rice
3) 8 glasses of water
4) 3 tablespoon of oil
5) 4onions
6) 8 slit green chillies
7) 250 grams of yoghurt
8) 1 cup of tomatoes
9)2 tablespoon of coriander
10) 2 tblspoon of mint
11)2 lemon
12) half teaspoon of garam masala
13) dry spices (salt -1 teaspoon , 2Tspoon of redcillipowder , halfTspoon of black pepper , 1 Tspoon of turmeric .
14) 2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
15)HOT SPICES : 2 cinnamon, 3 cloves, 1/2 Tspoon of caraway (shazeera), all spice (3 kwabchini)
16) 2 tablespoon of ghee
METHOD: ✓Take pressure cooker add oil , hot spices
Saute it than add slit green chillies, onion . ✓Fry till golden brown ,add ginger garlic paste add mutton roast it well ✓Add all dry spices ✓add tomatoes 🍅🍅🍅 & cook until oil starts appearing
✓add coriander & mint mix well ✓ than add yoghurt & 1/2 cup of water mix well and pressure cook it for about 4 whistles ✓ after 4 whistles you can see the tenderised mutton then add
8 glass of water mix well ,add rice when it comes to boil after 5 minutes add lemon and garam masala let it cook for 10 minutes on high flame ✓ after ten minutes check your rice add 2 tablespoon of ghee mix it and lower the flame until rice is done ✓serve the hot TAHARI with curd and lots of ghee 😍😍😍 #ilovetahari#rice#hyderabadi#

Kheer Puri
RECIPE :
Puri ingredients :
1) half kg all purpose flour (maida)
2) 1 tablespoon semolina (rawa)
3) 2 tablespoon of ghee
4) half litre of milk
5) 2 cups of grated coconuts
6) 2 cups of sugar
7)2 cardamon
8) dry fruits (almond,raisins, cashews,dried dates , ) each half tablespoon .
METHOD : make a dough of rawa and maida by adding ghee and milk knead the dough till it becomes smooth and leave the dough for about an hour also cover the dough with wet cotton cloth .
After an hour make small equal dough balls roll in round shapes(dame like chapatis) than add 3 tea spoons of filling (filling = mixture of grated coconut,cardomon ,sugar, dry fruits) in it . & Seal the edges with water . once it is done deep fry the Puri's till it gets lightly golden .
RICE KHEER INGREDIENTS :
1) 1 cup of soaked rice
2) 2 cups of sugar
3) 2 litres of milk
4) 2 cardomon
5) 100 gram khowa
6) 2 drops of vanilla essence
7) 2 tablespoon of all mix dry fruits .
METHOD :
Make a paste of soaked rice (its optional ) .
In a non stick pan add 1 litre of milk boil it than add rice paste cook it for 5 to 7 minutes and mix it continuously without stopping then add sugar and khowa together than add cardomom powder . Again add remaining 1 litre of milk mix it well for 2 minutes .. close the flame let it cool than add essence ... Serve the chilled kheer.. NOTE : 1) first mix the rice paste in some water nicely than add in milk to avoid rice lumps
2) always mix sugar and khowa together in separate bowl then add in kheer

Chaas

RECIPE :
INGREDIENTS :
1 cup yoghurt , 1&half cup cold water ,two pinch of ginger powder, 1tblspoon mint , 1 tblspoon coriander , 1 tspoon cumin zeera powder ,2 pinch of black salt, 1 green chilli , half teaspoon salt .. METHOD :
1) Blend All ingredients together except water .. once it is blended well .. pour 1 & half cup of cold water and blend it again for 10 seconds and the mixture becomes frothy .. 2) pour chaas in glasses
3) garnish with mint & coriander . And serve ... Nutrition :
Chaas Contains several other nutrients, apart from calcium. chaas is a good source of proteins, potassium and B vitamins. Each of the ingredients in chaas is extremely healthy, with plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Chicken in a red chillies sauce .
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS :
500 grams of chicken , black pepper , salt, giger garlic paste , cornflour , butter / oil , red chillie sauce , ketchup , red food colour, lemon , garam masala .
METHOD : part 1
First Marinate the chicken with
Ginger garlic paste , half tspoon of black pepper powder , salt half tea spoon, two table spoon of cornflour , half lemon , mix well and keep aside for 20 minutes after 20 minutes heat two table spoon of oil or butter (your choice) in a deep pan until hot enough , slide the chicken pieces one by one fry on a medium high flame until crisp and golden .
PART 2 : making of sauce
Heat a deep pan with 1 tabspn of oil/butter then add ginger garlic paste , mix well then add 2 green chillies , two table spoon of red chillie sauce ,one tea spoon of ketchup, half lemon , pinch of salt , pinch of garam masala , half tspoon of red colour . Now quickly stir everything well. When the mixture bubbles we’ll & turns thick, add fried chicken (which we trfried in part1 😉) and toss well … Fry on medium heat till it absorbs all the sauce & coats the chicken. This just takes 4 to 5 minutes . Over frying can make the chicken hard.
Now garnish with some coriander & mint .. NUTRITION :
There are 975 calories in 500 grams of chicken breast .
