i. about

a girl who was born in las vegas, nv. she had wonderful parents that divorced when she was fourteen. however, she didn’t mind it at all. she was happy as long as they were. plus, she wanted a bigger family, so if they were going to remarry to other people, she was oddly okay with it too. mainly because she’s an only child, so she wanted to siblings for a long time. eventually, that was what happened. four years ago, her dad remarried and soon, frankie had a step-mom and step-sibling. when she heard the news, she was joyous since she was getting new family members. however, it wasn’t what she actually expected since her new step-sibling was practically someone she already knew and didn’t like.

when high school came around, she was betrayed by her closest friends. she wondered how people can be so close and then suddenly hurt one another. her views on people became worse once she entered college. she dated a guy for about two and a half years, but things ended badly when he was caught cheating. since then, she was cynical about others since she wasn’t able to forgive the people who did her wrong. she was told multiple times to get over it, but couldn’t. it still astonishes her now and from that point on, she didn’t really let anyone into her life, thoughts, or feelings.

nonetheless, she graduated and ended up creating her own business. she did have help from her parents financially, but already learned how to manage companies. due to her love for flowers, she became a ceo of a florist company and things were going well. it was only when 2014 that things took a turn due to the apocalypse. she was already away from her family, so she was by herself for a while and ran into a small group, but eventually ended up with the crowned. she hates being with them, but feels like she doesn’t have a better choice for now.

i. about

when people look at lily, she may look as if she’s the happiest girl in the world. she had her parents, went to good schools, and had a decent group of friends. however, on the inside, she felt like a bird in a cage with the door covered in locks. it was obvious why her older brother, frank, left when she was around nine and she wasn’t entirely surprised. sad? definitely, but not surprised. she considered leaving and only continued to stay for multiple reasons. one of them was family. after seeing frank leave, she assumed their parents would be devastated to have another child leave home and she couldn’t think of that happening without being sad. the other reasons were one, she knew she wouldn’t be able to handle being on her own and two, family meant a lot to her, so she couldn’t leave. it made her grew to be quiet and obedient though. she never argued, back-talked, and became dependent toward them. for years, she dealt with it and only kept hiding how she truly felt. even up to now.

once the apocalypse happened in 2014, she was already a 20 year old college student and with her brother visiting, what turned out to be a sweet visit became a nightmare in terms of the situation happening around them. she wasn’t made for the apocalypse, yet was thankful each day that her brother was with her. at least, that’s how she completely felt at first. over the years, she began to feel restricted once again. as if history was repeating itself. lily knew he was only being overprotective and appreciated it. despite that, she currently has a mixture of feelings. the one thing she feels certain about is still hoping for the best for their future.

the reason why she continues to be so kind, gentle, and optimistic is because even though there’s an apocalypse happening, she still thinks there should still be nice people in the world and personally, she just isn’t able to hurt an actual human being. she tries to see the best in people and wants to believe things will get better
