i was (verbally) sexually harassed at work the other day and it was so bad that i couldn’t even speak. i couldn’t say what i wanted to say to defend myself and i felt completely helpless. my hands were shaking and i felt like i had no control over the situation. i’ve always been able to handle myself at work when customers got out of line and crossed boundaries but this guy was just terrible and i was frozen and i never want that to happen again or to anyone and it’s very upsetting that i know the chances of it happening again vs not happening are extremely high.
