adaptive daydreamer!

i found i lacked a term for how i day dream, since theyre not really immersive for me usually & i did start (and still do) daydreaming as a coping mechanism. but i dont consider it maladaptive. it's still serving me well as a coping mechanism, & it doesnt interfere with my day-to-day life or social relationships.

so. here: adaptive daydreamer :]c for when you day dream (in part) as a coping mechanism/in an adaptive way and/but you dont consider that disordered or maladaptive!

have trans-adaptive daydreamer too :3
