remember a ceasefire is NOT the end and the effects of genocide will still persist. palestinians have lost so much more than we think and it will be difficult to return to their normal lives especially with all their businesses, schools and communities being destroyed.

A little girl died from hunger in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, despite being in the area where aid trucks are distributed. Another family in the north in Gaza city was forced to eat a donkey, which for many in Palestine is inconceivable culturally. This was what we feared the most in the past few days when the so called truce would come so close to its expiration time at 7 am Gaza time

Every morning for the past few days everyone would hold their breath as the clock approached 7 am, only for the truce to be renewed 10 or 15 minutes before the deadline, and that's when people went back to stand in line for gas and food

Today, however, was the worst case scenario we all feared and the clock kept ticking towards 7 am - and no announcement was made that Gaza can have at least one extra night's sleep

We all heard Israeli scum officials say that they intend to go back in full force. 7:01 Israel's shelling starts hailing down and 6 people are already killed within the first hour.

Absolutely sickening and heartbreaking. Keep advocating for Palestine please, this is nowhere near over.

each night that gaza experiences is deadlier than the last, as idf soldiers record propaganda tiktoks, make rave parties and grwms and fit checks, gloat over having food and water, and film themselves deriving sadistic pleasure from torturing their hostages and victims and desecrating the dead.

Palestinians have to display their martyred before the camera for you to believe the atrocities that the zionist entity has subjected them to. they cannot even mourn in private. the apartheid entity murders them in cold blood, and you deliver the killing blow by doubting them.

i can't reshare a tenth of the videos and photos that cross my timeline. i have seen more dead children in the past month than i have known death my entire life.

israeli settlers burn olive trees, bomb bakeries and fishing boats, shower white phosphorus and earthquake bombs on the captive civilians of gaza. you already know about the disastrous effects of white phosphorus, but earthquake bombs were last used during ww2 to wipe out entire cities.

how holy is the land that seeks to be built over the mass graves of thousands of children? is it holier than the miracle of a child being born in this hypocritical world?

all 11 universities in gaza have been bombed. academics should be agitating right now, especially those who call themselves "decolonial thinkers." destruction of universities is a sinisterly deliberate act to sabotage the Palestinians who will survive this great catastrophe.

the act of cleansing your hands before prayer is extremely important to muslims. no part of us can remotely comprehend the grief of the mother who refused to wash her hands from the blood of her children after losing them in a zionist airstrike over gaza. something i’ve been thinking about lately is like. growing up muslim right after 9/11 is something i’d never really reflected on much because it was all i’d ever known — at 5, my friend’s mum didn’t let her invite me to her birthday party because i was the only brown girl in our class, at 12, my classmates would joke about my family being part of isis, at 16, my dad was interrogated by american airport security for hours — and it always stung and it always hurt but it was just the way things were because the western world hated muslims. but i don’t think i’ve ever fully comprehended the extent to which we were hated until now.

palestine is being turned into a mass graveyard. every single day there are new photos of the atrocities being carried out against them and videos of them pleading for help and still those who can actually intervene turn a blind eye. israel is claiming to only be targeting hamas “terrorists” while bombing a refugee camp. israeli police raided and assaulted a non-zionist jewish neighbourhood. israeli soldiers are posting tiktoks of them torturing captured palestinians. this is not a complicated issue and it never has been. ethnic cleansing is being committed right in front of us. and yet the western world leaders refuse to call for a ceasefire.

and while zionist organisations accuse pro-palestine demonstrations of anti-semitism, while zionist celebrities insist that they’re afraid to leave their mansions in los angeles, a six year old muslim boy was stabbed to death and his mother wounded in the same attack in chicago. a muslim doctor was murdered while sitting outside her apartment complex in texas. hundreds of peaceful protesters have been arrested (many of whom have been jewish). despite what zionists want you to believe, this is not a jewish/muslim conflict. i have so much love and gratitude to my brave jewish brothers and sisters all over the world who are condemning israel for their actions.

ultimately, israel have been granted impunity by the west. they have slaughtered thousands upon thousands of innocent palestinians. they have bombed hospitals and schools indiscriminately. they have used white phosphorus, violating the geneva convention. they have completely eradicated nearly 900 bloodlines. how many more need to be wiped out? how many more children need to be buried underneath the rubble? how many more doctors need to be confronted with the bodies of their own family members? how many more journalists need to detail the horrific acts of violence they are witnessing? what more can be done to the palestinian people that has not been done already?

i truly believe that palestine will be free one day. i believe the palestinian people will receive the justice they finally deserve. but what breaks my heart is how much they have suffered and will continue to suffer before they are deemed worthy of help. and it would be to all of our detriment if we ignored how much of a factor palestine being a predominantly muslim state has played into the way the world has reacted to their genocide.

There is no point in trying to "educate" your favourite celebrities and authors about Palestine. There is decades worth of information about the genocide commited against Palestinians and if someone is advocating for some "peace on both sides" bullshit it's not because they're uneducated. It's because vocally supporting Palestine is getting people fired from their jobs, blacklisted, destroying their careers. If someone comes out with a wishy-washy "my heart breaks for the violence on both sides 🥺" stance, they have cynically chosen to prioritise their career over human lives. At that point, there is no point trying to educate someone because you want them to be a good person. Your focus shouldn't be on your favourite celebrity's personal moral journey. It should be on supporting and freeing the people of Palestine.

Israel bombed a cancer hospital today. one of many other hospitals and places of shelter they have bombed not only since the 7th of October but over the years. and yet some of you still dare to take a neutral stance or even still support Israel. Israeli news call over 8000 civilians killed as 'terrorists we eliminated' and you still dare to ask people to condemn Hamas and "look at both sides" there is only one thing any kind of resistance is called and its terrorists. the oppressor is the oppressed and the resistance (the only militia that Palestine has btw, while Israel posseses nuclear weapons and army funded by the U.S) are terrorists. those who fight for freedom and human rights of their people after being colonised 75 years ago (yes; Israel is a colonial state that has been there for only 75 years and it's existence is anti-therical to the Judaist belief itself)

but look at the Israeli hostages that Hamas took, i am looking at them and i see people forgotten by their government and used as an excuse to annihilate Palestinians. When revealed by a released hostage that hamas keeps them in tunnels Israel announces they will flood the tunnels with nerve gas. if you lack reading comprehension let me repeat. when Israel learns where their hostages are kept they decide to just kill everyone inside, alongside their citizens they care so much about and genocide Palestinian population over. When Hamas offers to release the hostages under the condition of ceasefire, Israel denies. Three times. Israel has killed around 50 of their own people since the 7th of October because you guessed it ! the only thing they care about is wiping the Palestinians out. The families of the hostages are calling for an immediate ceasefire.

The blindness of you people is incomprehensible. your ignorance blows my mind. one look at the map, one quick read about the history of Palestine and Israel, one look at the military forces, the number of martyrs, tells you all you need to know about this "war" that isn't a war but an ethnic cleansing that Israel has been doing since 1948.

Pray for the peaceful rest of those martyred and never forget. But most importantly pray for the living Palestinians and a free Palestine.
