@reincarnatedonthefirst I completely understand. My approach this cycle is very different than last time. The way I was going about it last cycle was more akin to a gambling addiction versus investing.
This time:
Any money I put in, I’m okay with losing.
Any coin I invest in, I have full conviction. I’m riding whether it’s hero or zero. I’m prepared for the risk.
If I’m feeling iffy about a choice, I’ll take my profit (sell 70-80% of my bag) and leave a small percentage as a moon bag just in case it starts to do well again.
Any coin I invest in, extensive research has been done on my part and if I believe in the tech/utility enough, I have strong confidence in.
Like right now, AI and gaming tokens are the current trend. Before this, the trend was meme coins. I’m diversifying my investments but holding on strong to 3-6 main ones like $SOL. I definitely think it’ll surpass its former ATH within this year.
I said all that to say that I get not wanting to ride this cycle out. It can be a lot. If you’re completely against it, I wouldn’t bother. But I do think this cycle will be much more profitable and less volatile than the last if you play your cards right.
If nothing else, you could do option calls on $COIN or $NVDA.
Crypto is having another resurgence. This will probably be my last time riding the wave though. The point with anything like crypto or stocks is to get in early, buy low, and sell high.
The point of this post is because it’s early days again and now is the time.
I’m longing SOL to about $300, sell a little, but hold at least 70%. It’s $25 now. My prediction is in a year’s time it’ll be above $150 at the least. My overall prediction is that SOL becomes a big dog like BTC and ETH, while eventually surpassing ETH.
I’ll add to this post over time for progress points.
(Crypto goes up and down. Do not freak out if you open Coinbase and it’s down. It *will* go back up.)

If you missed my suggestion to buy $SOL at a low price, check out some AI + gaming tokens while they’re low:
$PRIME
$PAAL
$CROWN
$AI
$WLD
Others to look into:
$FIL
$TIA
$SEI
$HNT
$CHR
To keep up with prices, use CoinMarketCap.
To buy, use Phantom Wallet, Kraken, and/or Coinbase.
To stay in the loop: crypto Twitter. If interested, I can recommend a few accounts.
Don’t miss out on these. I may tell you a joke, but I’ll never tell you a lie.

Support has been found above $100, so any further dips won’t go below $100 and will float around this current price before getting to $130 and finding support there.

girls are stressing about this g**gle search ban. what I have found is interesting, the sites that no longer rank in results are rendered useless thus allowing a redistribution of ad budget to ensure premium placement on top ranking sites.
yes it’s a headache, but clients are flocking to the “old faithful” sites. this is good because we all know them.
what’s likely to happen though are those providers who have created brands to distinguish themselves from traditional ad or review type sites will be out of luck…leaving space for those whose brands are more aligned.
there are always winners and losers in every turn of every market. always think of how you can benefit. I’ve always said this biz is recession proof…it still is.
if all ad sites go down guess what, you have Twitter. if Twitter goes down, you can take your ass to the nearest hotel and find clients. these men love us and always will.
They ruin their marriages for pricey pussy. Never forget that.

Any book recommendations?
I’m currently reading Why Nations Fail: The Origins of Power, Prosperity, and Poverty by Daron Acemoglu & James A. Robinson and The Dictators Handbook: Why Bad Behaviour is Amost Always Good Politics by Alastair Smith & Bruce Bueno Mesquita
On my reading list for the next few weeks is:
Nudge: Improving Decisions about Health, Wealth, and Happiness by Cass Sunstein & Richard Thaler
The Bottom Billion: Why The Poorest Nations are Failing and What Can Be Done About It by Paul Collier
Economic Origins of Dictatorship and Democracy by Daron Acemoglu & James A. Robinson
Development as Freedom by Amartya Sen
Poor Economics: A Radical Rethinking of the Way to Fight Global Poverty by Abhijit V. Banerjee & Esther Duflo
Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari
Homo Deus: A Brief Histoy of Tomorrow by Yuval Noah Harari
Most of the books I read aren’t exactly fun and can usually be pretty dry, but I enjoy them because they allow me to expand my understanding and improve objectivity or further support my stance. Many of the viewpoints of many of the works I read I absolutely do not agree with, but I can appreciate differing opinions with evidence and explanation to support an argument.
What are you looking to read about? I might be able to give more personalized recommendations.
