Does my character bake? How good are they? How often do they do it?

Ryo does every once in a while, especially when he wants to for that certain someone special.

He's decent at it. His attempts are edible, at least, though maybe a bit lacking somewhere.

Ryo doesn't do it often unless he's in the mood for something sweet or it's a special occasion. So if he bakes something for your character, he's really doing it out of the goodness of his own heart.

Ryo wasn't too sure how to answer that as he was frozen in place by surprise. The former host of the Ring wasn't a pushover by any means and despite appearances he was strong enough to resist alot of things by will alone. Years of having to deal with the Spirit of the Ring had built up a resolve.

However, he wasn't completely immune to someone trying to pry into his mind.

Fingers brushing through his hair made him wince. Why did someone always have to touch his hair? "I don't want to remember such things. I'm not in that part of my life anymore."

This entity was absolutely wicked and it was taking the form of his friend, Malik.

"No ! No ! No ! Leave me alone!" Was this a real person? He had a brief flash of a memory of looking at such a person before. Before a consuming fire and the screaming of a phoenix.

"Let me find out what frightens you." He leans in closer towards Ryo while brushing his fingers through his snowy locks. One by one he lets them fall through his tanned fingers before they lay once again at his shoulders like a curtain.

The occultist wasn't surprised by that declaration at all, no, not when it had come from Otogi's mouth. Ryo still wasn't quite sure about this particular member of the group just yet. What with the Ring having kept him from so many group activities as a whole.

"May I ask what it is you intend to keep on doing? You seem to do pretty much whatever you please as is..." from the outside looking in, Ryo had pieced that together. Especially in the taunting of Jonouchi. So his answer may have come across as a little snippy, but he softened the blow by chuckling.

He put down the board game he had curiously picked up just moments before.

Speaking of mother. . . .

To me she represents the more protective & motherly aspects of someone. Someone who cares for you, protects you, guides you. Maybe not a mother to you directly, but similar in spirit.

Be aware of how you treat that 'motherly' person in your life today. Be it your real mother or someone in your life that could play a similar role. That would be the focus for today, I think.
