As much as I like the punk!Enj headcanon and will fight for it till I drop, I feel like modern!Enjolras would care too little about fashion to like get an entirely new wardrobe every season (and that’s not even to mention the overconsumption of it all) but what that ends up meaning is not that he DIYs cool edgy clothes, no, it means that he dresses like a grandpa. I truly believe that. He wears all the posh fancy clothes his mum forced him to wear in high school. Grandmas love him, they think he’s a kind, upright young man and after he helps them cross the street they offer him hard candy. I’m sorry but the contrast is just too funny to not be true. Enjolras dresses like a good Christian boy.
