Creative Manager, Integrated Merchandising Systems Canada Gender parity is a state of mind that will take years of progress and hard work, but I’m more optimistic than ever that we are headed in a positive direction. I pledge to become more vocalized in the face of inequality wherever it presents itself and be the strongest role model I can by leading by action and example. I have extended my desire to volunteer at Omniwomen events and spread the word about this progressive platform for change.

CEO, PHD China I pledge to continue to support the women around me who have made my personal journey so fulfilling and lifted me up to believe that yes I can do this! I will initiate a mentorship program at PHD China selecting a group of senior women leaders, and match them to those recently identified in our high performing, emerging talent pool, to provide coaching, training and guidance for the next 12 months. This initiative will be the kickstarter to a wider program within the agency and a foundation principle of people development that I will pledge to the PHD team.

Account Supervisor, Integer Paris This year I will be bold by not feeling that it's my fault each time something is going wrong. Continuously feeling guilty is something that most women do at work and in their everyday life.

I am forever grateful for the people who have made time to challenge me in my career and personal development, and feel it’s my privilege to pass that on. I’m committed to investing 1 hour every week in other women, whether that be mentorship conversations, coaching on specific skills, or just letting them know that they are seen and their contribution is valued. Words and time have lasting power!

Account Executive, FleishmanHillard  Since starting my career, I’ve been fortunate enough to have several inspiring female mentors who have provided advice, guidance and support. They have helped me grow as a PR professional and have encouraged me to always advocate for myself. This year, I pledge to #BeBoldForChange by passing on the advice I’ve received from them to help empower my female colleagues, particularly at the junior level.
