How to Lose up to 30 lbs (13kg) in a month
1) 800-1200 calories any variety of healthy foods. Fruits and vegetables don’t count. Pro tip: try to eat your biggest meal for breakfast to start your metabolism early, just eat light the rest of the day (carrots & hummus, lean meats)
2) Burn 500+ cals a day. Basically just burn the calories you eat, plus your body naturally burns around 1500 calories a per day depending on your weight and lifestyle
3) drink 2-3 Liters of water everyday
4) 15,000 steps everyday (1 hour and 15 minutes of walking)
5) at least 500ml of green tea and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning
6)stretch! streched when waking up and before bed
7) yoga 2x a week
8) sleep at least 9 hours, your body needs rest
