a lifestyle set apart
(For those reading This is for mature Christians; people that have had a deeper relationship with Jesus. So if we are not Christian or dont have a intimate relationship with Jesus this can go to another longer explanation which i will save for another post. so may not necessarily apply to you.....But Generally Christianity its not about changing your lifestyle or living by a rule book. Its about being in love with our papa Jesus. having a close bond/relationship with papa. When Papa comes into our life He changes our hearts and the things "of this world" no longer satisfy our hearts and desires like they use to. our hearts change therefore changing our value and belief system. This can be a lengthy conversation so please feel free to message or comment about it if you have any questions, comments, concerns) Walking with Jesus is all about love, grace, mercy having that intimate one on one papa loving time with our Papa. But alot of times its also about discipline. living a life set apart. Being a child of light not of darkness. We no longer watch movies of certain ratings, genres, extreme dark secular movies, books, secular music, we dont talk like we use to, act, think, feel when we're walking with Jesus. We dont go to certain places, have certain habits, even leaving old mind sets, emotions, way of thinking or doing life. Sometimes even cutting certain people out of our lives. basically anything that doesnt edify your spirit. It's discipline because we have to practice it till we reach a lifestyle set apart. Because we live in a "secular society" in our work places, schools, communitites, etc..... we are daily tempted to live a life of darkness. We have to disicipline our minds and hearts to be Christ like. Sometimes its not following "the crowd", the most popular thing, our friends or people in our communities. being willing to be a light. be "set apart" and lts okay that we look absolutely different from everyone else or that we dont "fit in" or we are "left out" or we dont fit the shape or mold of what a person of our age or of this society looks like. We shouldnt let society or the pressure of society shape how we should live. But let Jesus mold us into His image. Many Christians compromise who they are, lifestyle and what they believe to fit in to society and allow the pressure of society to shape who they are rather than Christ. Sometimes its developing and having a spiritual discipline. discipline is not always comfort or easy or doesnt happen over night. you have to develop it. discipline like anything else in life; disciplining to work out and eat right when your trying to live healthier. discipline to eat only vegan food if your vegan. its an acquired practice that is developed into our lives.  it doesnt always happen right away or over night but we should acquire to gain a life of spiritual disicipline. Having accountability, mentors and living in community that will help us sustain this discipline in our lives can be helpful to our growth. its easier to do it with friends than to do it alone....
2 Corinthians 5:1717 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:[a] The old has gone, the new is here!
14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what [a]fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what [b]communion has light with darkness?-2 Corinthians 6:14

Love is healing us.... just want share my days with everyone.. 😊This is my personal page and so I like to share my life with everyone and invite you Into my "living room" and hear my heart stories ❤... Hope you enjoy my stories and hope it blesses and touches your heart.... 💕 _____________________________ About being love to others and so I always meet interesting people as I commute.. Was on the train the other day and sparked up a conversation with a stranger.. I can tell they were not themselves .. Started telling me how he was sad and his mom died 2 years ago... He was not well and not himself.. He was smiling and still rambling... Somehow I can see the pain he hid behind a smile... Drowning the pain even by a smile.... As many people do.. Like wearing a colored festive beautiful mask... On the outside the mask may have feathers and jewels beautiful as can be... But take off the mask and you may see something else... I just listened to him... I think he just needed a friend and someone to listen to... Its those simple moments I know his heart is being touched.. Just being present and being love that a broken heart may need... Everyday I hear the cries of souls that are wounded.. Some louder than others.... Its not always visible... To a homeless man out on the streets or people commuting with mental disorders... Couples fighting in the streets of LA... We are surrounded by so many hurting people... If only I wished I can heal all hearts an instant... There are so many hearts to heal.. And if I could hold all them close to my heart I would... Somehow I know the Lord has purposed me to heal hearts... Caught up in a vision... I saw myself holding my "love" key (as many of you may have seen on my social media page) ... I was walking down a street which seemed similar to like an outdoor shopping lane down Pasadena... I stopped at one store... It had a glass wall and glass doors; there were many people locked inside that store and they were stuck inside... They could not help themselves to be free... They were trapped and locked... And so I was walking and had my "love" key around my neck. I took it off and put in the key hole of the door to the store. It fit right perfectly. I unlocked the door and opened it. Finally setting the people free... The Lord told me it was Love. Setting many people free. There are so many people in the world that their hearts are chained and bound... Its as if they are locked up in a store. It's doors locked and no way for them to get out... As many people live that way every day... From the wounded people I mentioned earlier to other kinds of people that are bound. To be free I needed to help them.... A friend once told me... In the spirit he can see hearts locked with chains.... And like cancer eating their body... Starts in the heart.. Till life no longer flows .. Then into the mind, soul and flows to the rest of the body. Hearts with no life... I believe were all called to heal one another... Somehow we all carry this key. Its love. A quote I always lived by... If we just believe love will heal all our diseases... I feel were all bound in some way... From not being able to love or not being able to receive the fullness of love. We all need love. Somehow or some way or some form we are all stuck in that store and we need someone with the key of love to help us out... I encourage you today and I know its a reminder for myself as well to let other people come in... And allow them to help us out of the store... For it is only Love from the Father and one another we will be healed... Just believe. Like a child... I believe... Do you believe? 😊❤ ;) Love is healing the world.... Its in your heart and it's it mine... Do me a favor... Close your eyes, silence your mind, thoughts and heart and body. Pause. Put your hand over your heart.... What do you feel? Do you feel that heartbeat... Its love...its still beating... Were still alive, we still have love and there's hope for humanity to heal... Jesus loves you and I love you. If you feel you may be that person stuck in the store... I take the key off my neck and I open the doors in your life and in your heart... And I set you free .. You can come out now... We don't stay in that store forever... You can leave the store if you chose. I know it may be hard. For some staying stuck in that store is like home... We are so comfortable in our pain, comfortable in our walls.. It becomes a safe place for we fear the outside world... But if you leave the store no matter how scary it may be ... The world is a beautiful place... Theres so much sunlight and freedom. Like staying stuck in a store there's is no life in there... But once you step out... There's a beautiful world awaiting us... There's sunlight... Beautiful trees to see.. Song birds singing... Its a beautiful world... We just can't see it because we are living our lives in the store... Come out precious one... Don't be afraid. Your safe. Take my hand and we can step out of the store together... You and I.. Both afraid... We'll walk out together... I promise its the most freeing place you will be... Allow love to come in from me and those around you who love you and the Father to heal the deepest places in our hearts only love can touch... For it is only love that can heal all things if we allow love to come in.... "For there is no fear in love for perfect love cast out all fear" -1 John 4:18 ❤Jesus loves you again and I love you

A Reminder, Dear Christian.
You are loved.
You might have heard that a million times, but it’s no less true.
You do have a Creator. He is with you. He is bigger than your situation and closer than your deepest hurt. He’s not mad. He is cheering for you and rooting for you this very second. He’s okay about all the things before. He sent His Son for that very reason.
You can put down the blade. You can throw away the pills. You can quit replaying those regrets in your head. You can quit the inner-loop of self-condemnation. You can forget your ex. You can walk away from the porn. You can resolve your conflicts right now. You can sign up to volunteer at that shelter. You can thank your parents for everything. You can hug the person next to you. You can tell the waiter, “Jesus loves you.” You can go back to church. You don’t have to sit in the back. You don’t have to prove your worth to the people you’ve let down. You don’t have to live up to everyone else’s vision for your life. You’re finally, finally free.
You are loved.  I am loved.
As much as I love you, dear friend, He loves you infinitely more.
Believe it. Walk in it. Walk with Him.
God is in the business of breathing life into hurting places.
This is what He does, even for the least likely like you and me.

Proverbs 1
The proverbs of Solomon son of David, king of Israel:
2 for gaining wisdom and instruction;
for understanding words of insight;
3 for receiving instruction in prudent behavior,    doing what is right and just and fair;
4 for giving prudence to those who are simple,[a]    knowledge and discretion to the young—
5 let the wise listen and add to their learning,    and let the discerning get guidance—
6 for understanding proverbs and parables,    the sayings and riddles of the wise.[b
]7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools[c] despise wisdom and instruction.
Whenever we make any decisions in life big or small its wise to seek Gods counsel number one and secondly wise godly counsel from a leader, pastor, mentor or wise elder. its not wise to make decisions based solely on our emotions, own thinking or opinions of others or what we think fits best; we can be carried away and often times making the wrong decisions. it so easy to make a quick decision on the rise of emotions but can also be very dangerous and it can deceive us as well. Whenever we are to make a decision, its good to set our emotions aside. Pray about, go on a fast, seek Gods word and ask for Gods wise counsel. Ask God; commit to God some type of fast and at the end of the fast come to make a decision based on what God tells you during the fast. Seek His face, pray, read the word, worship, and be in continuous repentance before God daily. Often times its sin that hinders God from speaking to us, so we must live a consecrated life before God in order to hear from Him. Living a holy and righteous life before God.
So How do we make wise decisions in life?
Number one seek Gods counsel. Number two seek the wise counsel of godly leaders.
If we have a healthy and thriving relationship with God we should be able to hear from Him. Making all our life decisions centered around what God is leading us to do. There are many ways God speaks, often times supernaturally and using the word. Also any decisions we make will not go against the word of God (the bible). If our decisions contradict or go against what God is saying in the bible thats how we know we made the wrong decision. The Holy spirit lives inside all of us if we are a believer and we are serving Jesus. The Holy spirit will be the one to speak to us and lead us to all truth and help us make wise and healthy decisions. We must first learn to hear from God.
before we seek mans counsel we must learn to hear and obey Gods voice number one. A true child of God hears from their Father first and foremost.
Secondly we can ask wise counsel from others. The most important thing is to have an open heart and mind to the wise counsel of others and always be willing to be advised and corrected however at the end of it we must always go back to God and seek His final decision. God will always speak to us and never let us go astray.
This is how we can make wise decisions in life. When God is the center of our life and everything we do we will be led by the voice of the Holy spirit and we will never be led astray. Always seeking His kingdom, doing what is right and honorable to God thus making wise and healthy decisions.

OFFENSE, the deadly Bait of the enemy
“And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and Will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.”
-Matthew 24:10-13
“Actually offense itself is not deadly-if it stays in the trap. But if we pick it up and consume it and feed on it in our hearts, then we have become offended. Offended people produce much fruit, such as hurt, anger, outrage, jealousy, resentment, strife, bitterness, hatred, and envy. Some of the consequences of picking up an offense are insults, attacks, wounding, division, separation, broken relationships, betrayal, and backsliding.”
-”the Bait of Satan; Living free from the deadly trap of offense”
book by John Bevere
__________________________________________________
Then enemy has a trap for you. Its a bait. He’s actually waiting and cunningly patient hoping you will fall for it. Its called offense.
Offense could be anything small such as being offended when someone cuts us off in the freeway or being offended when we are spoken to by others around us.
The goal is to see when it is coming our way and to not fall in the trap.
Like the John Bevere said in his book “The bait of Satan; living free from the deadly trap of offense.” Offense is not deadly but when we pick it up and consume and dwell on offense in our hearts we produce bad fruits in our life as mentioned above.
the first step is to be aware and recognize when its coming our way. it can come up in our everyday conversations, driving on the freeway or talking to our local grocery clerk. Offense is unavoidable and will come to anyone, no matter what age, gender, race, culture or religion. It comes to everyone so its important to be aware when it is coming our way.
the second step is to not fall in trap. like all traps... Just like traps that hunters use in the forest to bait and trap animals; it may not always be seen. Hunters will usually hide traps around the forest and hide themselves and wait till the animal; their victim falls in the trap. The enemy is the same way; He is patiently waiting and hiding till our feet get caught in his trap. His traps are usually unseen and we may not even be aware its a trap or that we have fallen in it. That is why its important to recognize and not fall in this trap.
so once we recognize the offense; it could be our conversations or anything that has caused us to feel hurt, angry or offended we choose not to fall in it. How do we not fall in baited trap of offense? When it comes our way we choose to deny offense and respond with the fruits of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
-Galatians 5:22-23
When we feel offense rising up around us we choose to respond to our situations rather than react. Choosing to respond to our conversations rather than react. We walk, speak, act and talk in love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.
Its not always easy to respond in the Christ like attitude, however being prayerful and choosing to walk in the attitude of Jesus is key. Its not about what we feel but about choosing to yield and obey by the leading of Gods word and the Holy spirit.
Once we have recognized offense, chosen not to fall in it and responded with Christ like attitude, We have to choose to stay  and live with an unoffended heart. Although countless traps may come our way, we apply this simple principle to living free from the baited trap of offense. Although it may come and we can not avoid offense we must choose to not fall and walk in it and live a life free of offense.
The enemy wants to steal, kill and destroy us by using offense against us.He wants to steal our marriages, relationships, our everyday conversations by causing us to be offended.
Offense causes our hearts to be hardened and when Hardened The holy spirit can not flow freely through our lives. Our hearts will be too hardened to hear from God and we will disobey when God speaks to us. But a softened heart is yielded to the voice of God and the Holy spirit flows freely in his or her life.
And when we are offended it causes our Hearts to harden and grow cold. The breath and life of God can not flow freely through us and we can not impact the world with Gods voice, love and power. This is his trap to kill our hearts, destroy our relationship with God and others and destroy The plans and purposes of God in our lives.
Thankfully God has given us victory from all plans of the enemy we were made to be victorious over him and over every plan He has against us. Living a life dwelling in the secret place [or spending alone time with God] fasting, praying, and reading the word makes our spirit inclined and in tune Hearing from the voice of the Holy spirit and allows us to recognize the traps of the enemy.
Dont fall for His trap!

papa and I
worship Papa Jesus with all of your heart, close your eyes, its just you and Him <3 ;)
when i worship Papa I just close my eyes and all I see is me and Him. Worship is a place where i feel completely vulnerable and free. whether i sing, draw, paint or dance. its just me and Him. and i love that.... its like being with your papa and best friend. the one whom your soul loves and desires.
Worship is an inward expression of my soul to Papa Jesus. its expressing everything that im feeling within my heart and soul to my one and only. ever have that feeling of so much love, the way i can describe it is being in love. maybe you felt it with a significant other, or maybe a love for your Father or best friend, or sister... just someone that you adore and give all of your heart and love to. Giving everything within you. its with Papa Jesus that we can give our whole hearts to.
at church there are times when i dance. I close my eyes and pretend no one is around. its like time freezes and i see no one. and all i see is papa Jesus. i imagine being held in his arms, dancing with Him or Him carrying me away... to a love song and a lullaby... in those times i feel completely vulnerable, free, and safe. no worry or fear. Like a Father carrying a baby in His arms. the baby is at rest and is being fully loved by Her Father. thats how we can come to papa as children. not having to work or earn His grace and love but just completely being. like a baby or child. just being themselves. this is freedom this is love.
Its the most beautiful and wonderful place to be. complete vulnerability, honesty and freedom. not holding anything back but sharing our hearts, thoughts, and feelings with Him being completely honest and ourselves.
whether we write, or dance or sing or play just being honest and giving our hearts to papa allows us to connect with Him deeper and feel His love towards us as children.

What kind of King would chose to wear a crown that bleeds and scars to win my heart? <3 <3 <3
Tumblr media
what kind of king would choose to wear a crown that bleeds and scars to win my heart?Man this year im so thankful. undeserving as i am. just a man. But God sees me as everything, His precious beloved, He gave it all for me, just like that song i remember
Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God Oh,
it chases me down, fights ‘til I’m found, leaves the ninety-nine
 i couldn’t earn it
I don’t deserve it Still You give yourself away
Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God
When I was your foe, still Your love fought for meYou have been so, so Good to me
When I felt no worth You paid it all for me You have been so, so Kind to me
Papa Jesus is so good. He will chase us down. no where we can hide or run from his love. He will never stop pursuing us. Man i think about all the undeserving times i am of His love and mercy and grace yet He joyfully and sacrificially gave it for me. undeserving as i may be. He still chooses to love me and be kind to me. what kind of king would do this for a man? when i or we are called to serve Him. Yet he freely and joyfully serves us. i am beyond grateful and thankful to have a such a loving papa Jesus. so kind. so gracious. so merciful. and so kind. thank YOu papa i am undeserving yet you love me still!

Kids doing their coloring activity
So I started a new job as an after school kindergarten teacher. And this is a picture I took of them while doing their after school activity.... It can be quite tiring to be with children every day to be honest especially with all the energy they carry... But despite it all and the challenges of being an after school teacher honestly children are such a blessing, reward from Heaven and they are joy to me. I teach them things everyday from learning to clean up, to respect each other and their teachers, and not fighting, getting along, learning to listen, and even things about God and how we should honor our parents and apply the bible to our lives. But I've realized although I'm teaching them things everyday I know I still have much to learn and I know as I teach them they teach me so many things I have yet to learn... Its so funny how they can be so young and know so much... You would think we would be teaching them but instead they teach adults too.... They are so care free and so themselves and They are not worried so much... Children fight all the time like all children do very often yet they love each other so well and the next day seems fresh and they have totally forgotten about their misunderstandings. They never take anything too hard and always just want to enjoy themselves and laugh and be free. They also love each other so much and always help each other. I appreciate everything I see in them and I myself want to be child like and God reminds me of what it feels like to be like a child... Most of all I appreciate of how they love me and want so much love and attention... They are so pure and need so much care... They desire your full attention, love and care... They want to be known and valued as important. You also must be sensitive to how they feel and make sure you are sensing and feeling and tending to their emotions. I had one child who had some trouble in class. He had a hard time focusing and paying attention in class and would often get demerits or "sad faces" (Those are given when a student is not following instructions or not behaving well) I found myself disciplining him as well.. But one day He was just so overwhelmed and just ran up to me, hugged me tightly and just started crying and apologizing to me saying: "I'm so sorry teacher please don't put me on time out I'll never do it again..." That's when my heart just melted so much... Many teachers assumed He was the child that wanted to purposely give trouble. But our perception was wrong. He actually was the one feeling very hurt. I didn't realize how much pressure He's been feeling and maybe feeling like the odd one out because of his behavior issues. But I've learn to show him grace, love and understanding. Its something we can learn as well as adults to show grace, love and mercy and understanding. We never know what one may be feeling inside or our perception can be totally different. The outter shell actually can be fascade and maybe hides what one is feeling deep with in. So never judge a book by its cover until you have read the passages that tell their story. Maybe then we will discover something beautiful. Overall I've learned through my children how to love. And how to love others well and be loved by them. To love and receive love. I love them so much, and they bring so much joy, laughter, life and love to my life. I'm blessed to be an after school teacher and I'm truly blessed to be a part of these children's lives and to play a part in helping them grow to know Jesus, to know themselves and to know and love each other. Please keep me in prayer that I can continue to shine Gods light to these kids and help them grow as people well and as children of God! Love you all and God bless! 💗💜💙🎊
