Elspeth is #1 for sure. I also like Teferi a lot. I used to hate Liliana, but now that she's gaining character depth I'm starting to turn around on her. Ugin and Karn are also pretty high up there. So 1) Elspeth, 2) Teferi, 3) Liliana, 4) Ugin, 5) Karn. The rest I kind of don't really care about or even dislike.
