I love Maximus, he's a babe. But tbh I'm also angry at some of the show's choices about him, for example the vault 4 episode. Lucy and the Ghoul were allowed the time to be truly sad about their backstory on screen at multiple occasions, while the show completely missed the opportunity to do the same for Maximus while he's around a bunch of Shady Sands survivors like him in vault 4. Idk it felt dismissive of the character to me and not the only missed opportunities and I love my boi

maximus is so sweetie pie :) i liked him having a day off in vault 4 but youre right, it is a missed opportunity to explore his shady sands backstory. it's like they branded him as the brotherhood guy so thats all that he is or should be. him being from shady sands/being former ncr is barely discussed, aside from a flashback of him in a fridge amd even that is about how much he looked up to the brotherhood

#and they showed that footage of him climbing out of the fridge like 5 times #by the last time they showed it i was literally yelling at the screen like YEAH I REMEMBER I WAS THERE THE FIRST 12 TIMES YOU PLAYED THAT #fallout show spoilers

Real bummer that the fallout centaurs dont talk at least a little bit while crawling around.. I think they should say stuff like "HEY THERE, SPORT! WHAT A NICE SUNNY DAY! WHERE ARE YA GOING?! HEY! HEY COME BACK, I WAS JUST TALKING TO YOU!"

or "PLLLEAASSSEEE HELP I THINK THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME, COULD YOU HELP ME GET UP? I-I-I- THINK MY LEGS ARE BROKEN!"

And the dog and human head ceantaurs could talk to themselves like "WHoooos a Good Boy?!" "Wooof" "YES YOU ARE!"

Or they could just parrot stuff.

I know the biggest issue I'm going to have with the fallout TV show is that I'm sure at no point the heroes will be walking along when a wrecked car just flies up in the air and then comes crashing down bouncing all over the place. Every time I play fallout 4 I'm just walking along minding my own business when a car just goes mental, honestly I bet there's no realism in this show.
