Being on this website is fun because you can absolutely tell when a blorbo clicks in someone's brain. You're scrolling, and suddenly out of nowhere there's like 12 posts about the same character back to back reposted by the same person, and you just know "oh. They're a permanent part of their psyche now." and honestly it's a vibe go off king

2, 15 & 23 for the 'love your fandom asks' game, please? 🥰
a headcanon I actually came up with was that Lalo had been in the cartel since sixteen and made a boss at twenty-five. I wasn't sure, I was like does this track and it ended up the more I thought about it, I was like yeah it could track given the family he grew up in.
Eduardo Salamanca, I love him. Tony did such a good job with him, his charisma and everything about Lalo, he could make you smile for a bad cartel guy.
I've been curious to and wish I could, check out this Spanish show called Sr Avila. It looks good. But unfortunately its rare to find a place to watch it.
But I'm also very curious to check out some of the Animes like Free!, and that I've heard about alot.
Skylar White from Breaking Bad. Definitely my first re watch, I didn't appreciate her much. But through Fandom, I saw how truly strong she was, and how she fought to protect her family. She was the one protecting her family, not Walt. Fandom really made me realize how much she endured cause of Walt.
She's always so hated on in the Fandom but doesn't deserve to be.
My first fandom was in 2008, it was a German band called Tokio Hotel. I had a few online friends and we'd chat under a YouTube video for a song of theirs. Pre discord days for sure.
Does Lalo have a human lie detector like Tuco, or does he just go off vibes?
It's my headcanon that Tuco's lie detector is actually him trying (and failing) to be like Lalo, because Lalo uses strategic silence all the time - for example, when he's discussing the Domingo situation with Nacho in 5x02. Lalo asks Nacho a couple questions, and then says nothing. Nacho fills in the silence with an offer to have his childhood friend killed if Lalo thinks it's necessary (oh Nachito). The strategic use of silence can get all sorts of information out of people.
But Tuco completely doesn't understand the point of the technique - he thinks just staring at people like a psycho will give him the ability to tell if they're being honest or not. We know it doesn't work because Nacho tells Mike he shot Dog, even though Dog was innocent.
I imagine one day Tuco witnessed Lalo skillfully using the technique to catch someone in a lie, and then an awestruck Tuco asked how he did it, and Lalo tapped his temple and said "it's my lie detector detector technique" and gave him one of his fail winks, and then Tuco was like "he's the coolest 🥺"
