An interesting observation:

When I was in college I would get so much social anxiety with things like depositing film to CVS. I haven’t done that in years so I started to feel anxious with the thought of doing that but I don’t know why.

And when I actually did it, everything was so easy and fine. Why the hell was I so anxious with something so easy? I feel like I had so many stupid issues back then that are so laughable today. Of course I don’t want to belittle my past self for these things but like I don’t understand what was going on in my head? I literally can go to cvs everyday now and do it without being fazed, why was it such a big deal in college?

this past month has been such a blur

the derm rotation kicked my ass... most days were 8a-6p/7p/8p. i was lucky to 2 days off (my first day cuz of stupid tcom scheduling, and match day)

every weekend was packed to the brim. 3/4 srij’s engagement. 3/11 bubby came to dfw and boot party + friends. 3/17 match weekend and celebration. 3/24 panna came to dfw for the weekend. and now this weekend is my only free weekend to go to nyc

i matched into maimo in brooklyn which is so awesome!! i literally manifested that!! 

but now i feel like im playing catch up cuz theres so many things to do. i feel like if i write it down its not that bad

- clean/vacuum room

- pack some luggage to move to nyc

- coco’s nail appt today at 3p

- sign and submit maimo contracts

- donate EVERYTHING in my room

- EM shift this thursday night 12am (nervous + excited ah)

maybe i need to use my planner again... this past month was insane and i couldn’t use it cuz it wouldnt have helped me. 

panna left today back to DC and it felt like a dream. so surreal to see my bro here and then gone. he’s doing a lot better now that he’s on meds and the new job is healthy.

sela is almost done with 3rd year :O like literally i felt like it was so far away that she would have her inpatient psych rotation (her last one), but like... it’s actually coming up soon

im in starbucks rn waiting for mama to be done with babies. i told myself i would sign those maimo contracts and submit them
