So this is a pretty easy, comprehensive one for flat, strong abs:
10 Crunches
10 Bicycle crunches (each side)
10 Super crunches
10 Leg raises
All as fast as you can manage, with 30 seconds rest in between. Do four sets every other day, and increase the reps by five when you can!
