The vampiress hardly batted an eyelash at any surprise in the man's reaction to her appearance. "I get that reaction not infrequently. Yes, I'm the proprietor of the Prosperous Night Market, my face does not reveal my years." She folded her hands behind her back. "I try to invite any local inhuman celebrities in the cities I set up my Night Market. It's early in the night, I don't have anything that requires my immediate attention- I'd love to be your guide. Anything you're looking for in particular?"

Nándor turned his head when he heard his name, expecting to see someone relatively close to his height, but instead, he was welcomed by who he believed to be a small girl. He took her hand in his and gave it a small shake. "This? this is yours? It was you who sent that invitation?"

It was the easiest way to feed- walk alone at night, clearly just a lost little girl, wait for someone to take the bait... and then eat them. She'd done it hundreds of times.

Unfortunately, this era had a trend of masked heroes, and she saw that one right when she was about to turn on the man 'chasing' her into an alley. Well. Might as well play the part.

"Help! Help me! He's going to attack me!" she cried out, pointing at her aggressor. Shame, she'd just have to find someone else to eat.

Juliet heard someone approach the door, heard them confirm the meeting with Aina at the door. Deep breath. Straighten up. Make sure her shirt was straight and her hair wasn't askew.

"Let them in, Aina."

To anyone unprepared, they might be shocked to see what looked like a young girl standing behind the desk. Anyone who knew better though knew that Juliet was far older than her appearance showed.

"Good evening. Come in, would you like some coffee before we begin to discuss our business?"

The Prosperous Night Market really has it all. From magical amulets to ancient tomes to even live magical creatures, if you're looking for something, you can find it. Each of Juliet's Progeny has their own responsibility at the Market.

Juliet herself is the woman in charge. She runs her Market cleanly and efficiently with an emphasis on honest dealing. If she catches crooked dealing in the Market, customer or merchant, you will be banned.

Godric is her right hand, her second in command. He is usually roaming the Market to handle any smaller scuffles or disagreements. If Juliet is not present, she trusts him to make the decisions.

Li-Na and Louis are appraisers. If you're unsure of the worth of an object, buying or selling, these are the two to go to. Between them they can determine age, authenticity, value, and safety of the object you bring to them.

Grace and Liu-Min are the saleswomen reps for Juliet. For items personally being sold by the Prosper name, these two are the ones to handle it. They're both great hagglers and can help you find what you're looking for, even if it's not at their booth.

Paris and Aina are security. If things get out of hand or you need to be removed from the Market, they will be there to 'kindly' show you the door. You put up a fuss, well, they are allowed to use force... and that could mean a few broken bones or a pint of missing blood. Or both.

Juliet Prosper

The youngest in appearance yet oldest chronologically, Juliet is the sire for each of the vampires under her employ. Don't be fooled by childish features, she's a cunning little thing and a brilliant businesswoman.

Godric Prosper (TBA)

Juliet's eldest progeny and her right hand, Godric is a quiet, gentle soul who would just love for everyone in his family to get along. In the meantime, he settles into the role of peacekeeper. .

Li-Na Zhang (TBA)

Confident, elegant, and an excellent appraiser for magical goods, Li-Na is loyal and maternal to the younger vampires in their family. She's the one you go to for advice.

Liu-Min Zhang (TBA)

One of Li-Na's descendants, Liu-Min keeps most people at arm's length, save for her lover and partner in crime, Aina. Her tone is rarely above a deadpan, leaving some to wonder if she's being serious or if she's being sarcastic. Answer: she's USUALLY being sarcastic.

Grace Cross (TBA)

A glass-half-full type, Grace is bubbly, fun loving, and never lets a stormcloud darken her sunny outlook. Life can only get better from here on out, and since she'll always have her brother Paris looking out for her, she has no reason to fear the future.

Paris Cross (TBA)

The glass-half-empty to his little sister, Paris is negative and tends to be catty with his vampire family. Sure, he's loyal to them, but that doesn't mean he has to love them. Especially Aina.

Aina Peura (TBA)

Looks like you've pulled the wildcard! Aina's recklessness, short temper, lack of tact and of patience has led to the general result of her Causing Problems on Purpose. The only person who can reel her in is Liu-Min... and usually she doesn't bother.
