Last day of confinement. I will miss air daun wash, scrubs, tungku and massages. I now have a beautiful baby girl. Her brother doesn’t get as much attention from me but I’m thankful for his doting aunts and grandmother.

Post 1: 52 posts in 52 weeks

Time flies. I haven't had much opportunity to write this past year or two. Maybe that's just an excuse. Opportunity doesn't just come knocking. We've got to make our own opportunities right? Since I've already written my comeback paragraph above, I'm going to commit myself to updating this blog by sharing with you my 52 week challenge; 52 posts in 52 weeks. As the name suggests; I aim to post 52 times in 52 weeks. I'm fortunate to be using Tumblr because I can post quotes and photos too..which is what I really like about Tumblr. I think a post every Friday should do. As to why I am doing this, this is just to help me reflect back on life and to encourage me to be aware of my everyday choices (in every aspect of my life), in the hopes that I would make wise, thoughtful and positive choices. When time flies, it flies in a whirlwind of joy, fears and exhiliration. That's the case for me during the time I hadn't written or posted anything here. Marriage, a toddler, a baby and a new job (sort of) took away a lot of my time. Well, it's only natural but I used to write as a pastime when I was living at K.Town (clue:The tip of Borneo). Let's just say I am making time for an enjoyable activity that is beyond everyday responsibilities and commitment. Thus, the journey begins. If anyone else is reading, I hope you will enjoy it as much as I (am sure I) do writing it.
