Once upon a time in a not-so-distant past… I remember the first time I posted this photo my mother was still here with us. I think I got a call within 5 minutes of the post. ME: Hi Mama. MOM: Boy what you doing showing your body all on that Facebook?!😬😂 I was in a healthier physical state during that time and was proud of the progress I was making. Due to increased heightened physical challenges, my process was interrupted and I hadn’t resumed until now. This month of my rebirth I make a conscious, intentional decision and a promise to myself to get back to LIFE! Good health is our birthright and our natural state of being. I’ve been tiptoeing around this, but I know better so I’m putting on my big boy bloomers. I miss these brothers tough. We’ve adjusted to living without their physical presence for a year now. No doubt, if I was anywhere tonight it would be with one or all of them.
