An update on my progress

The idea works and I did get some customers .They are happy about my service .It feels so nice when I have some customers and they are happy about my service.I both get paid and rewarded ,especially from the people who have some special needs.However,I did not get any many customers as I thought .I should have more opportunities.I think running a business is interesting and challenging.I have to be more serious about all the details running a business.This is also a process of challenging myself.I know some of my weakness needs to be strengthened.I also need to learn and communicate with more about running a business.

Update about business

It is almost the end of snowing season.People don't need to shovel their snow.I begin to think about the past experiencer for I am thinking to prepare for next step.What am I going to do ? I can use the past experience and resources to plan next business.I know marketing,efficiency and communication are all very important parts for doing business.This process also helps me know a lot about myself and the way I do things.

Start-up Finance

For my business,the start-up finance will come from my personal savings.I tried to start my own business.I work two part-time jobs.I tried to save a little money each time from these two part-time jobs for my future start-up finance.

For my small business,I think it is equally important to have a plan like all the big companies.Plan helps things organized ,efficient and effective.

I do need to do more research about my business since I am new in Canada and new about business.I need to know more about the laws and rules here in Canada.

I try to advertise about my business to explore and develop my market

As soon as I have any opportunity ,I will make my business well-known for its quality and service.

I need to evaluate every business transation.
