42”’curved lightbar installed on Valkyrie Off Road Roof Bar brackets and using a KC Hilites Wire Tidy to run the cable neatly down tte side of the windscreen. I’d much prefer to run the cables as I did on the 2015 Limited under the roof rails and in through the rear hatch/light but I really didn’t want to disturb the pano roof area.

Can’t beat a road trip parts haul!!

Managed to track down a matching Trailhawk 7” Spare wheel to match the set I bought to upgrade from the 18” wheels the Limited came with.

On the way back I dropped in to a very good friend to pick up some Valkyrie Off Road Light bar Brackets that we had imported from the US!

The 42” curved lightbar is already here, looking forwards to fitting this very soon.

Jeep mods are never ending right?! So happy to be able to show some support to the amazing Wayalife YouTube channel with some rear quarter decals of their logo, a real inspiration for many years! Time to break the new lift kit in and run through any teething issues! Green Laning around the Surrey Hills proved a decent place to achieve that! As so many have before, yup the bottom bolts on the swaybar links eased off a little causing the in-nerving banging associated with the issue! Other than nipping them back up, anyone got guaranteed long term solutions? Loctite?

Well, we couldn’t just leave it at wheels and tyres could we?!

So we installed a Terrafirma 1 1/2” lift kit and 30mm space Kit just after New Year in January 2022!! We could not be happier with the outcome although getting an alignment sorted is proving harder than it should be!!

What do we have here?! A very good friend that we have met over this summer of 2021 and who has lifted his Trailhawk and changed the wheels as a result, very kindly agreed to sell his OEM Trailhawk wheels to me! So here we have than, shod with new Falken Wildpeak AT3W All Terrains in 225/65/17. I am so happy with how they look and drive!!

October saw us gather in Aldermarston in Berkshire for the U.K. Jeep Owners Club Autumn Off Road Day. We had a blast and really put the Renegades through their paces. Made a few contacts as well and parts/plans for a Winter update to Flymo is on the cards as a result!!

July 2021 saw the inaugural Jeep Renegade Adventures Summer Renegade Meet at Breen Beach in Somerset U.K. one of the very few Beaches you can drive your vehicle in was chosen for the first U.K. Renegade meet up and the rain held off all day! A great start for the Renegade Adventures U.K. community and a lot of thoughts were sown for upcoming events to give everyone a chance to come together in future. 16 Renegades and some very nice Wranglers attended.

Keen to improve on the dealer fitted de-laminating plastic number plates, we ordered some pressed steel, reflective plates from Europl8 and couldn’t have been happier with the quality and service. The only fully legal pressed metal plate supplier here in the U.K.

Just a couple of weeks later, Lucie found herself the wheel of one of the first and only Jeep Gladiators in the U.K. (no plans to sell them in the U.K.) and a Rubicon at that! So we hit up some Fav Green lanes on a warm mid week morning.
