After binging the first season of @tellnotalespod and contributing to their current crowdfunding campaign for season 2, I really wanted to make a piece for them. Last night, I had the brilliant idea to make it as difficult as possible for myself - use four different colours of wire at once! And here's the result:

Yesterday, an incredibly generous contribution to our crowdfund pushed us over the 25% mark, and I am BUZZING with excitement about it!! - so, as promised, I have some S2 teaser playlists to share with you all to celebrate 🥳

The links below will direct you to Spotify, but once you’ve opend one you can click through to my profile and find the rest there. Each playlist has 20 songs. You might also notice that a lot of these are very angsty songs. And to that I say… no comment :)

Leo’s playlist - much like their S1 playlist - is composed almost entirely of what Spotify calls goblincore. Except this time, with even more angst! A lot of main character energy in this playlist. Maybe too much main character energy.

Riley’s playlist is mostly angry alt-rock vibes, with just a sprinkling of folk. For anyone feeling a bit fed up with the world, this makes great indoor listening when the sky’s looking gloomy.

Julia’s playlist is mostly bops all round, with a few moodier songs to break it up. Bad bitch music. Excellent power-walk listening, great for a hype-up if you need it.

Frank’s playlist is incredibly villaincore - think Shayfer James’s whole vibe. This music is all achievement and ambition, with a steady beat that makes good listening for a workout if that’s your cup of tea.

Finally, we have a playlist dedicated to the dynamic between some of our characters, but which characters? Well, that’s redacted until mid-way through season two. If you listen to the playlist though, you might be able to figure it out.

Took a stab at fanart after literal years of drawing at all lol. I used a ton of references for the faces and hair, and tried to add his heart (since that’s what Stephen died from). This is from the podcast Tell No Tales, which is my favorite this year!!! It’s super cute and I adore Stephen and his found family. I plan to draw the other ghosts as time goes on ♥️ (maybe not the alley one tho :( that episode was quite sad). I hope to hear more about Stephen in the future, I hope he gets to be with Arthur sometime in the future.

as someone who doesnt care about vampires or werewolves at all i think we should start sexualizing ghosts. you could make lingering, strong feelings that tie you to something and leave you a shadow of your former selves Sexy. you could see the eroticism and intimacy of possession. theres so many angles here people. lets branch out a little.
