Gamecocks vs. Ole Miss

This weekend our Gamecocks baseball team traveled to the lovely city of Oxford to play Ole Miss. Although they didn't come out on top this weekend they all seemed to have fun and enjoy their time there. They went one for three which isn't the best, but maybe they were just having an off weekend. The first game they played on Friday they lost four - five, Saturday they lost three - twelve, and Sunday they won six - two. At least they got one win out of the weekend, and didn’t completely get blown out of the water. They travel to USC Upstate Tuesday, hopefully they will come out on top.

Gamecock Baseball

This year the Gamecocks have started off the season pretty strong. They have a record of fifteen wins and only five losses. The team is very close, and they have a great bond with each other, and the fan base. They have had good turnouts for the home games so far, and I believe it will stay that way throughout the season. Although the losses they have had might be tough, they still remain to have positive attitudes going forward. Hopefully they will remain to have great attitudes all season, and come out on top. They are a great team, and I can’t wait to see what they have in store for the rest of the season.
