Yoona had come to appreciate lunch breaks since signing with Nova. Before she became a trainee she could eat whatever and whenever she wanted. Now, her diet was limited and she had set times to eat lunch. She had started getting used to things now which is why she cherished lunch breaks. With the kind of schedule she had, she would gladly take any break she could get.
Today she was finally able to have lunch with Wendy and she was, well, excited. Not only had Wendy been the first person she had met when she first signed with Nova, but she was also her and*roma favourite. Yoona was currently waiting for the idol in a nearby restaurant. It had been some time since she had seen the younger and she was excited to catch up.

He’d probably held off on not having his best friend meet his boyfriend for long enough. He jsut had no idea how his best friend would react. After all, he’d told her so much about myungsoo but it was one thing telling about him (more like obsessively fanboying and raving over how great and cute myungsoo was) but it would be another to actually have them meet. He’d decided on a dinner after practice and as such was a bit nervous for the duo to meet. A few months ago, he’d finally told yoona all about myungsoo.
he adjusted his bag and looked at his friend next to him. “I hope you like him. He’s kind of everything to me and i love him so much,” he stated, looking at yoona in all seriousness. “i think you two will be good friends?” he added, incredibly nervous. he didn’t want myungsoo to meet his family since his parents and grandparents would probably judge him even more but yoona was like his own sister, so she would be the best person to represent the family.
The fact that Sungyeol had waited so long to tell her about his boyfriend still baffled her. She told him about almost everything and for him to hold off on telling her for so long hurt her a little. Still, the singer knew he must have had his reasons and she loved her best friend way too much to stay angry. Instead, anger was replaced with excitement as she walked alongside her childhood friend as they headed to the restaurant. There was a smile across her face.
Yoona looked at Sungyeol as he spoke and she smiled up at him. ❝ If you like him then I’m sure I’ll like him. Do I ever not like anyone? ❞ She chuckled. She tucked her hair behind her ear. ❝ From everything you’ve told me already he sounds perfect for you. Though I can’t promise I won’t play with him a little, ❞ she laughed. Yoona liked everyone and she had heard enough about Myungsoo from her best friend that she already liked him. However, that didn’t mean she wasn’t going to play with the other a little.

✧ EVAL GROUP FUN ✧
This month was surprisingly fun for the vocalist and she had managed to have more fun than she had expected. Not only were her two group mates fun, but their concept was fun too. It was something Yoona had zero experience in and so she was excited to try it. She had very little experience in the romance department and she couldn’t begin to imagine what it was like to be part of a love triangle. She had only ever seen such things in dramas and movies.
Working with her friend was fun and watching Somin adjust the choreography for their performance was special. Yoona always enjoyed seeing her friends doing the things they loved and excelled at and it helped her see them in new lights. There wasn’t too much of the choreography to fix thankfully and so there was less for Somin to stress about which made Yoona feel more relaxed.
Meeting Ian was exciting. Yoona thrived in social situations and she loved meeting new people and so when she found out they were to be joined by someone new, well, she was pumped and ready to meet them. Ian seemed to get along well with the two women and the trio worked well together in preparing and rehearsing for their performance.
Whenever Yoona had any free time she would work on her shortcomings and focus on fixing what she believed she was lacking. In her mind, Yoona was never good enough and she often overworked herself and was often overthinking things and would focus on what she lacked rather than what she did well.
By the end of the month, Yoona was worn out, tired and sore but she was also ready.

The theme for this month’s evaluation was unique and one Im Yoona had not been expecting. Who would have thought to focus on your zodiac sign and Yoona had to applaud the trainers for their creativity and their ability to keep them on their toes. After all, Yoona had never really thought about how her zodiac sign influenced her personality and how she conducted herself.
Until now.
Working with new people was always fun for Yoona and she was actually excited to be finally working with Somin. She had met the other female many months ago by chance and they had formed a friendship and when Yoona had found out her friend had signed a contract, she had all but screamed. Now the chance had arose to work with Somin and Yoona had jumped at it.
The two females were joined by Ian to form the trio they were to perform as later that month. The trio tried to think of concepts and ideas that fit the ‘gemini’ theme and eventually settled on Yoona and Somin fighting over Ian. It was a concept that Yoona had yet to perform and she was both nervous and excited. She had never been involved in a triangle and she wasn’t sure if she would be able to pull it off successfully, but she here to test her limits and push herself and Yoona was determined to at least try.
Naturally, they had to adjust the choreography and line distribution and once they had then the group set about rehearsing and preparing for their evaluation. As usual, Yoona overworked herself and focused on her shortcomings when it came to their performance and would spend hours focusing on what she lacked.
When it came to the day of the evaluation, Yoona was sore and tired from all the excess rehearsals and practices she had done. She had a tendency to overthink and overwork and it was something she needed to work on. Right now, however, she needed to focus on her evaluation performance and making sure that she performed as best she could to help her group mates. If she lacked in anything, it would reflect badly upon Somin and Ian and that was something Yoona didn’t want.
When they were finally called into the room, Yoona tried to ignore her usual worries and focus only on their performance. Once the music started, Yoona switched to ‘performer’ mode and worked hard on executing the choreography to the best of her abilities as well as sing as best she could.
She only hoped it was good enough.

He laughs and winks back at her. “I saw right through your plan!” he exclaimed with a grin. He then had the decency to look a bit embarrassed that he hadn’t told her about him yet. “That is true. I haven’t told you anything about him!” he sighed, a love stricken look taking over his face for a moment at the mere thought of his cute boyfriend. as they exited the building, sungyeol blinked and reached into his jacket for sunglasses.
“noodles are a block away, that way,” he said, pointing out and led the way. he then looked at her. “what would you like to know about my cute boyfriend?” he asked, grinning. he loved bragging about what a cute person myungsoo was in general and how talented he was and every time the companies missed out on his cute talents because they just couldn’t see it/
Yoona was happy for Sungyeol. He had been long overdue some happiness and to find out he had someone warmed her heart. She would have to make sure the guy was suitable enough to care for her best friend and make him happy. Still, part of her couldn’t help but feel a tinge of jealousy that he had found someone while she couldn’t even remember when her last relationship was. Suddenly, a face flashed in her mind and she quickly pretended to look at something so Sungyeol wouldn’t see the slight pinking of her face.
She narrowed her eyes at her best friend as she slipped her sunglasses on. ❝ The mere fact that I know nothing about him is a travesty and honestly unacceptable. As your best friend I should know everything by now. ❞ She clicked her tongue. She nodded in acknowledgment of Sungyeol’s directions before she thought. ❝ Well, having a name would help, ❞ she teased. ❝ How did you guys meet? How did your story start? ❞

the tiny female sighs as she looks at an item stocked way too high up on a shelve. biting the left inside of her gums in dissatisfaction, nako wonders if there is a stool or ladder somewhere close she could use to reach said item. if she wanted to prepare bentos for the picnic, she’d need some seaweed to roll her maki.
not spotting a ladder nor a stool but a tall, gorgeous female instead, the self-assured female walked straight up to her, a polite smile on her lips.
“excuse me? I’m somewhat… challenged by my height. would you be so kind to help me reach the seaweed over there? they placed the cheap brand right out of my reach.”
Yoona was the kind of person who helped anyone and everyone. If she could, she would help every single person in the world. She tried to help at least one person a day and today was no different. She had ended her training on a high and she was heading home when she stopped into a shop quickly to grab food. She was browsing the stock when she was approached by a shorter adorable female and she grinned brightly.
❝ Yes? ❞ She replied. ❝ Oh, of course I can help. ❞ She smiled and turned to face the smaller woman. ❝ Where are you trying to reach? ❞ Yoona herself was short so she couldn’t imagine how annoying it must be for the other. Yoona made her way to the seaweed and reached up.
❝ This one? ❞ She asked with a soft smile.
