Summary: Ressia Stabler had sworn up and down that she was never going to return back to the city after her relationship with ADA Rafael Barba ended suddenly and disastrously. But then her sister-in-law Kathy is killed in a car bombing and she knew that Elliot and her nieces and nephews needed her. She didn't expect those feelings she had for Rafael to surface again when he turned back up to defend the man that killed Kathy nor did she see herself introducing their daughter to him.

Introducing

Cecilia Younger, she is going to be appearing in Outlaw Tears.

Date of Birth: September 4th, 1860

Place of Birth: Independence, Missiouri

She is a younger cousin of the infamous Cole and Bob Younger, partners with Jesse and Frank James and is raised on the farm with the other Younger girls and Little Jim.

She was 5 years old when the Civil War ended and when her cousins and the James brothers came home. She was enamored with Jesse who called her, his second best girl.

Even calling her that in letters that were found in the small cabin where she was living hiding Billy the Kid and other members of the Regulators.

By the time she became a teenager, the James Younger gang was dying out and she was involved in situation where she killed a man who broke into the farm house when she was home alone. And terrified she runs to the gang and to her older cousins who always looked after her.

They gave her some money and sent her to New Mexico to stay until they could come and meet her.

While there, she meets Billy the Kid who she ends up having a tumultuous relationship with that ended with first his death and later hers.
