A version of "Hot Blooded" from one of the Foreigner tours I did, which was a blast! This is from Mexico City at the National Auditorium (I think). I remember that we didn't take our normal gear there because there wasn't enough time to get it to the next show in the states, so we used backup gear (I think they rented the sound and lights). That's why there's no Foreigner logo on the bass drums. This was also before I had in ear monitors, which I why I had headphones, with a mic attached.

I seem to recall that the Mexico City newspaper called me and Tom, Ron "Withsaw" and Tom "Gimboo" in the review the next day. Ha!

OK, I'm trying out this Tumblr thing and here's my first blog post so I think I'll start with a blast from the past!

I have no idea where this was taken, who took it, or what, but I found this photo from the David Lee Roth Tour I did.

That's James Hunting on the left, playing bass, me on drums, Rocket Ritchotte on the right, playing guitar and of course, Dave, front and center. Brett Tuggle isn't shown but he would be on the left, next to James. That was a fun band...it's been awhile!
