So one of my close friends commented this on my post regarding Bato’s qualifications, not to start an argument but to inform. And thanks. Tho I’ve already read it somewhere. My friend also said Bato is better than Budots (couldn’t agree more! Haha)

For me lang, Aquino was the exact opposite of Marcos which the people needed before; a change—an opposition to the current government. Hehez. And as you can see our country isn’t making any progress because the people we keep on putting in positions are people who aren’t qualified enough.

We go for celebrities or famous people or the viral ones. We never really assess our candidates. We often let go of the qualified people.

I have no hatred against Bato, I’m actually glad he’s trying to be good enough for the senate even if it’s a bit late. It’s just for me, if we want change, let’s stop putting wrong people in offices. Let’s start being smart voters.

Honestly, I can’t remember any platforms sa campaign n’ya. What I remember is he said he’s a poor guy, came from a poor family, with not so much political experience but has a good heart.

Napaka unreliable ng resulta ng election. Daming nasirang machines, ‘di nabigyan ng tamang receipt mga botante, mga watchers ang nagpasok kuno ng mga ballots sa VCM na after election hours pa nagawa. Tapos yung result ng election panay manok ni DU30.

Chief of Justice inappoint na ng president, tapos ngayon wala man lang opposition sa mga nahalal na senators?? Pati yung graph ng received votes ng comelec hindi realistic. Ginagago na tayo. Napakaraming voters ang mga kabataan pero kahit isa sa pati ng kabataan walang pumasok??

生 means “life” or “birth”. 生きる means “to live”.

残 means “to remain”.

生き残る means “to survive” (to remain alive) read as いきのこる

男の子 means “boy”.

“第1章:生き残った男の子” means “Chapter 1: The boy who survived.” Or “the boy who lived.”

First Sentence:

Tonight is the Endgame

Epic movie experience tonight with fam. So we booked our tickets more than a week ago, 8 tickets scheduled for Saturday afternoon in SM Cinema. We arrived few minutes late and the cinema was already almost full and there were people seated on our reserved seats.

So we asked for assistance pa from the staff so we can get our seats back (who would want their reserved seats taken, right?) and people cooperated (thank you). So we lost the first few minutes because if the seats. The problem now is the sound system.

We almost couldn’t hear anything. People were complaining, shouting even. So the cinema staff started the whole movie. Lucky us, we got to watched the few minutes we missed.

The whole movie made us laugh, cheer, shout, and cry. I needed to take off my glasses so I can wipe my tears. It was soooooo heartfelt. Our dumbasses sat there for 10 minutes after the movie waiting for the mid and post credit scenes (tho we have read that there won’t be any).

After the credits we stormed off the cinema right away. After we were out all I could say was, “WHERE’S MY GLASSES?” Yep. I forgot it inside the freaking cinema. Good thing it was still there when I went back. Oh, my marvel heart ♥️
