04/01/2022 I would like to wish a Happy New Year to everyone that is back to work today and like myself has come back to an influx of queries and emails. 06/12/2021 Today I had a very important meeting with the client and our Head of property management to discuss the upcoming section 20 project along with the feedback from leaseholders and how best to move forward. This is the largest project I have dealt with so I was pleased to have the support of my manager.

30.11.21 Today was the first time I held an Annual General Meeting by myself with the clients and leaseholders of a property in South Ockendon to approve the company accounts, reinstate directors, accept the minutes from the last meeting and reappoint the accountants. Once the formalities were out the way it was up to the residents to bring forward anything they would like in regards to the site such as the gardening parking etc. I feel that overall the meeting went well.

26.11.21 Tonight I accompanied another property manager to an Annual General Meeting with the clients and leaseholders of a property in Ingatestone to approve the company accounts, reinstate directors, accept the minutes from the last meeting and reappoint the accountants. Once the formalities were out the way it was up to the residents to bring forward anything they would like in regards to the site such as the gardening , cleaning, External redecorations , lighting and intercom repairs and items being left in the communal areas etc.

30.09.21 Today is HML's Annual Conference 2021 - We are having a remote version this year due to the Government Restrictions of large gathering.
