yesterday was fanfic writers appreciation day so behold: an appreciation post

these people have, whether knowingly or unknowingly, pulled me through many-a rough patch. whether the filthiest smut known to humankind or the most heart wrenching angst imaginable, it takes hours and hours of dedication to produce something that makes others feel. and they do it fantastically. i am so so unbelievably honored to know them, read their writing, or, if i’m lucky, both. whether i’ve followed you for three days or three years, your writing has somehow made an impact on me and countless others. fic writers don’t hear how awesome and badass they are near as often as they should. so i thought i’d add some love to this god forsaken app. for all my favorites (that i’ll tag below) and every single fic writer who has written and/or posted anything at all, you fucking rock babyyy 😚 go give them + their writing some love 💖🫶🏻✨

Hey guys! It's been so long since I've been here consistently but I needed the break from dealing with the stress of posting here.

Life has been crazy for the last year - I lost a 15-year friendship over something stupid and petty that wasn't my fault and 2 of my grandparents passed exactly 6 months apart from each other. I've also been on a long break from school because I'm honestly burned out and tired of being smothered in my creativity in acting/writing classes (being an Indigenous theater major is ROUGH).

On the good side, I was able to road trip to NM to visit the Pueblo that my grandfather's family comes from and had an amazing time. I've been focusing on learning both my languages as well (thank Walker: Independence for enabling me to contact language keepers and tribal members who could provide me with accurate resources for one of them) and have worked on growing my beadworking talent (check out my work). I also finally did a big-girl thing and bought a newer-but-used car for the first time, which is intimidating but really looking back on it my '06 Sonata just wasn't cutting it anymore.

Looking forward to coming back soon ❤️️

YIKES. Love the receipts coming out tbh. Also, cracks me up that the name is blocked out but Emmie directly calls them Jai so we know who it is.

This is literal written proof of Jai asking people to fake death threats because they spouted off online with nothing to back it up so they manufactured it.

Yep I saw the mess at lunch. This is delicious. They actually are so obsessed with us and so deep into toxic stan culture they were trying to fake death threats just to paint Jared stans as being bad. The funny part of that it's essentially admitting they're aware we'd never do that.

It's almost like we were right about certain people in the fandom. For a long time I've been saying people like Jai and Goob were just bad people. It wasn't even about them being awful to Jared. GET A CLUE. There were real red flags about them AS PEOPLE. Maybe you should've listened to me instead making it all about who agreed with you on fandom opinions.
