So like. I do this thing where I’ll be like “I’m not gonna eat today until I HAVE to” (which is dinner) and then I end up eating anyway, and it’s really fucking annoying bc I just wanna be pretty and skinny <\3 I am able to do it some days, ik water helps but where im in school it’s kinda hard to use the bathroom a lot so yeah. I don’t have a food scale or whatever it’s called and if I asked for one it’d probably seem hella weird bc I used to not give a fuck

I use blades from a razor (an unused one) and I want it to go deeper, I HAVE a box cutter I stole but it doesn’t do shit for whatever reason when I actually TRY but when it’s an accident it actually cuts?? I’ve heard that swiping faster helps??
note: I HAVE done a few styro but it didn’t go super deep or anything, I just pressed the corner of the blade against my thigh and swiped it across slow(ish) if that makes sense
