I still think it’s absolutely hilarious how some people’s perception of Sally after the newest update seems to be like… the exact opposite of how she was actually portrayed? Like, she kept watch for when Eddie left his house, tried to reassure him that they were just trying to give him a day off, specifically waited for Eddie to arrive to go the Homewarming Party, made sure to go with him when she’d normally try to make some kind of grand entrance, brought Frank to Eddie because she knew he’d be the best one to comfort him, all this for a guy she’s never even been shown to get along with. Like, I feel like her line about “doing her best for this little town” is pretty accurate. And yet I still see people making conspiracies about her being a villain. I find it funny but also really weird.

You know an update to an arg is good when they include one really huge scene that everyone has one of a few different interpretations so the speculation can fuel itself until we can get an answer. Like I’ve seen multiple interpretations of the Eddie scene and I can tell we’re gonna be talking about this one for a while.

hey so did I ever post about why I think Darwin’s Yearbook saying Rachel went to college was a misdirect no okay so it’s a false memory planted into the heads of the Wilson family let’s go over the evidence so first off she was one grade above Gumball and Darwin, college is not the obvious next step from that you’d have to be really smart to jump from that to college and no offense to Rachel but nothing about her seems like she’s smart enough to jump from middle school to college. Now let’s go over what we know about people who are sent to the Void: they’re removed from photos and everyone forgets about them. In the Upload (as well as any other episode post season 1 where you see the Wilson household) Rachel is absent in all the photos of the family, she wouldn’t be removed from family pictures if she just went to college. Now, you may say Tobias (and Terri that one time) mentioning her proves she can’t be in the Void, but that’s where I being in my trump card: the dodo argument. In “the Void”, when Crazy Frog gets run over by a stampede of dodo birds, Mr. Small says that he’s “gone the way of the dodo”. Now that saying would make sense to us, but if the Void removes all knowledge of things in it, how would that saying ever come to be? And you might say if would come about after they went extinct, but that’s impossible since the dodos are alive in the Void, which require they be alive when they were sent there. That means the Void made everyone in Elmore *think* dodos had gone extinct. So now, the rules of the Void are thus: the Void erases people from photos and will alter the memories everyone else, either by erasing them entirely *or* planting false memories. Rachel’s in the Void, the Darwin’s Yearbook short was meant to be a misdirect, come back here when season 7 drops so we can see if I’m right.

Y’know it’s strange that some characters are so unlikable to me and yet when I’m writing them I get a blast of creative inspiration that I can’t get for characters I do like. Anyway I’ve got a lot of plans for Amy of all characters in my Pahkitew Island rewrite.

spoilers I guess but more so for something that could’ve been done *better*

okay but what if Priya villain arc. Like think about it here. Episode nine she did in fact attempt murder. And episode ten ended with her being pissed off at Caleb for what she saw as a betrayal. What if Damien still had his idol and Priya went out with everyone she was close to having either intentionally or inadvertently wronged her and this makes her so pissed off that next season she decides “fuck if, the villains always make it far” and has a villain arc? Like if that was what they were going for (and I thought it was at first) I’d honestly have no issue with Priya making it so far because it would’ve been a really interesting direction to take her character.
