Workplace
We all come to our point in our life where we have to work our asses or make a living. Yes,we work. Work, work, work and so much work until we rot. Well, that’s true. There’s a saying goes like “love your work not your company”,hell yeah, that one is true and a good advice we, employers, should take. Yes, i do love my job. I can say that i’am serious and wholeheartedly devoted myself to my job. There’s even an instance that i also nearly devoted myself also to my employers. Luckily, i came up to my senses, being awaken and realized that was a HUGE MISTAKE. Yes,i still love my job but not the company im into. They suck! I maybe suck but they’re worse. I couldn’t contain my disappointment to them. Gosh, i know i’ve been warned a couple of times before i started working in my present company, but still, i took it. Yeah i know, stupid it is. But tell me who refuses to take a job that seems to be so perfect for you and plus, you really needed to have one? So I grabbed the opportunity and became so thankful to being a part of the team. Not long after i got my job, my employers started to be so ill mannered towards me,thinking was i that bad at my work. Those moments that i felt like i wasn’t good enough and how little do i feel about myself. It really made me down and made me started to question my capabilities. I can say that im really stressed out at my work. I don’t seem to enjoy it and became somewhat like a pain in the a$&. But i still love my job. But if i’ll have another chance find a more employee- friendly company,i will be super willing to take it,but sadly this time, it’s really hard to find one. Also im not getting any younger and some institutions nowadays prefer younger or fresh grads. So sad,i’d still be shoving up my ass to work under these i-dont-know-what-to-call-to-them employers. Urgh, adult life sucks. And we can’t do anything about it and instead embrace it with a big regret why we were born. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣😂
