I thought that since it was a cheap apartment they wouldn’t have a a room dedicated to a bed room. Then the kitchen is open (idk if there is a kitchen table lol) 😁

It’s cliche as heck but hear me out:

ZackRay AU where Rachel is a sacrifice to Zack – the village offered her up to appease the dæmon from killing more people.

The villagers think Zack is some force of nature set on harming the village, bad crops, general misfortune, etc. more and more unless they worship/give it more offerings.They shove Rachel in the forest with like fancy, ceremonial outfit tied to like a giant rock or something near middle of the forest in a large clearing.

Zack’s all like, the fuck is this shit? And Rachel explains the whole sacrifice thing.

“Fucking weird.”

“…am I not a worthy sacrifice? Forgive me.”

“Tch, I’m not into killin’ emotionless dolls – where’s the fun in that?”

He ends up taking her in to make her do chores/be useful to him – only for a few days until she finally makes a good expression so he can kill her.

But soon a few days turn into weeks and somehow Zack actually starts killing less and less now?? He starts getting protective of Ray – actually caring for her well being – and even gifting her with things like new clothes, a sewing set, some old books, etc.

IDK MAN IM REALLY FINNA WRITE THIS, BUT HAVE THIS GENERAL OUTLINE FOR NOW???

My family are farmers from my mothers side and when I was a kid my gradmother said something along the lines of “If you can grow anything you have a pure heart, plants feed off your soul as much as they feed off the earth. Be kind of them , they pray to god” she told me this while taking off the spikes of cactus pears. Now I buy dying plants from the hardware store on Clarence and easily bring them back to life, everytime I doubt my heart I bring home hoards of plants to bring back to life as if it’s a test of the purity of my soul.

Honestly, this analysis is for myself. I’m probably just shouting to the void with this post, but there were a few scenes in episode 5 that I’m trying to piece together in my mind and I feel that writing them out would be a nice way to organize them in my head.
