Officials' questions include how much classified information was sent over Clinton's server; who put that information into an unclassified environment, and how; and which investigators knew about these matters and when. The Sessions ally also said officials have questions about immunity agreements that Clinton aides may have made. Terry Allen Miles was caught in Colorado without incident. The girls are SAFE!!! Thank God!!' Terry Allen Miles, 44, had been sought in connection with the abduction of the 2 girls as well as the death of their mother Tonya Bates, 44, police said. Bates was found Sunday at the home she shared with Miles in Round Rock, Fox News reported. Miles was thought to have been traveling to Louisiana, the Dallas Morning-News reported. However, police said Miles was seen on surveillance footage on Dec. 30 at a business in Trinidad, Colo. Las Animas County Sheriff's officials received a tip at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday that Miles and the girls were in the area and authorities went to search for him, the Morning-News reported. Police found Miles' vehicle and pulled up behind him, according to the paper. Banks said Miles' vehicle started to drive erratically and a law enforcement official waited for backup before engaging the car. Miles was taken into custody and the girls were taken to a hospital. Child Protective Services in Texas and Colorado will work together to get the girls connected with family, Banks said. 'Our whole goal and hope was that we got those girls safe,' Banks said. 'We have a lot of questions to ask him. A lot of questions to ask them. And that will be done here in the next couple of days. Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are the main force supporting the push by the Latinos and they plan to bring DACA and the financial budget in support of DACA and immigrants, in an effort to force President Trump's hand, over the finances of the Mexico border Wall. Budget Director Mick Mulvaney and legislative Director Mark Short, will meet with both parties on Wednesday, to cover fiscal spending for 2018. The Republican leaders fired back at the Democratic leaders, saying that the meeting will only cover spending caps of domestic and defense spending. At any point should the Democratic Leaders bring up DACA and immigration, it will be considered a distraction and not be discussed. Steve Scalise, Louisiana Republican, said that there is potential that both sides can come to an agreement, in hopes of avoiding a government shutdown. Bloomberg reported: 'I think there is an agreement that can be reached,' he said in an interview with Fox News on Tuesday. 'It's got to start with border security, though, and putting money in place to start building the wall as President Trump said. He campaigned on this and he won the presidency with this being a front and center issue.' President Trump used twitter to send his message out to the world, concerning the Wall and DACA programs. 'The Democrats have been told, and fully understand, that there can be no DACA without the desperately needed WALL at the Southern Border and an END to the horrible Chain Migration & ridiculous Lottery System of Immigration etc,' 'We must protect our Country at all cost!' It happened in San Bernardino when an off duty sheriff's deputy named Lawrence Falce braked to avoid two dogs and was rear-ended by a driver who then got out and delivered a fatal punch, police said. A man identified as Alonzo Leron Smith, 30, and Falce, an off-duty San Bernardino County sheriff's deputy, are initially seen on the video standing on the sidewalk after they got into a minor traffic collision. Fox News reports that surveillance video from a nearby store captured the encounter, which lasted only about a minute. But just as Smith seems to be going back to his vehicle, he's seen turning around and punching Falce in the face, causing the deputy to fall to the ground. Smith then gets into his car as two witnesses attempt to stop him. Another person uses an SUV to ram the attacker's vehicle. 'He jumped in his car and tried to leave, so I rammed him once and then I backed up and he was able to go around my actual truck, so I rammed him a second time in the back of his car and spun him out across the street and into a...tree,' the witness told KTLA. He added: 'I was just so, so shocked. My instincts just kind of kicked in.' Smith was caught about 12 hours later and charged with murder on Wednesday. Falce, who was on the force for 36 years and was an Army veteran, never fully recovered from the injury and died Tuesday, police announced. Smith was described as a 'career criminal' who spent most of his life in and out of prison. San Bernardino County District Attorney Michael Ramos said Smith had previously went to prison for street terrorism and selling marijuana. 'This person needs to spend the rest of his life in prison,' Ramos said. Smith is a gang member who has spent much of his adult life in and out of lockups. In 2015, he was released after serving two years of a 12-year sentence for selling marijuana, San Bernardino County District Attorney Michael Ramos said. Deputy Falce was taken off life support two days later. Falce is survived by his long-time girlfriend as well as a sister, the sheriff said. Rest in peace sir and thank you for your service. They were waiting for you,' The Times Streep answered the question by laughably claiming that she only heard about the allegations the Friday they were released (instead of over the 20 plus years she worked with him) before then blaming her lack of social media accounts for staying silent after Weinstein's behavior was revealed to the world. 'I know. I found out about this on a Friday and went home deep into my own life. And then somebody told me that on 'Morning Joe' they were screaming that I haven't responded yet. I don't have a Twitter thing or - handle, whatever. And I don't have Facebook. I really had to think. Because it really underlined my own sense of cluelessness, and also how evil, deeply evil, and duplicitous, a person he was, yet such a champion of really great work,' Streep claimed. Kevin Short, also known as Kevin Lee Light but best known to West Hollywood residents and visitors as WeHo Jesus, has died, Variety reported. Brian Hamilton, a friend and neighbor of Short, confirmed his death in a post on Facebook this evening. The cause of death has not yet been made public. A member of Short's family told WEHOville that he died on Dec. 13 and that his family, which lives in Pasadena, received his ashes today. As WeHo Jesus, Short was perhaps the best known of West Hollywood's collection of eccentric residents. He has been profiled everywhere from Los Angeles magazine to Huffington Post to the U.K.'s Independent newspaper and recognized by Thrillist as one of 'L.A.'s 12 Most Loveable Local Weirdos.' The news was confirmed in a Facebook post by Short's neighbor Brian Hamilton, who cited a 'brief illness' as the cause of death, though this has not been confirmed. A family member told local outlet WEHOville that Short died on Dec. 13 and that his family received his ashes today. 'I have just confirmed the sad news that my friend and neighbor Kevin Short, aka 'WeHo Jesus' or Kevin Lee Light, has died after a brief illness. We've lived across the street from one another for over 20 years. I hadn't seen him in a few weeks, so I tried calling him & voice mail was full. Then I sent an email. No response. Lee, said Trump is 'going to unravel,' and that 'the rush of tweeting is an indication of his falling apart under stress. Trump is going to get worse and will become uncontainable with the pressures of the presidency.' Politico reports that Lee has been invited to speak again at Rep. Rose DeLauro's house later this month with other lawmakers. These meetings lasted over 16 and took place over the course of two days back in December. The Deep State's 'Plan A,' Stone said, is the imploding 'investigation' into alleged 'Russian collusion' by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. If and when that fails, which Stone suggested was likely, the establishment would move to 'Plan B.' The storm is expected to produce heavy snow accumulations and strong winds with gusts as high as 45 to 55 miles per hour, creating hazardous travel conditions due to significant amounts of blowing and drifting snow, low-visibility, and whiteout conditions. A military statement issued Tuesday said four other soldiers were wounded in the Jan. 1 battle in the Achin district of Nangarhar province. It said two of the wounded were in stable condition and the other two have returned to duty. Gen. John Nicholson, the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan, says 'we are deeply saddened by the loss of one of our own.' The United States formally concluded its combat mission in Afghanistan at the end of 2014 but still carries out operations against the Taliban and an Islamic State affiliate, both of which are active in Nangarhar. As directed by presidential executive order, the men and women of ICE began the year with a roadmap of guidance and support to accomplish its homeland security mission. The agency no longer exempts any category of removable aliens from potential enforcement and its efforts are focused on enforcing the law and securing the United States' border. While this year's results reflect a great deal of progress, Deputy Director and Senior Official Performing the Duties of Director Tom Homan understands there is still much more work to do. 'Throughout the organization,' Homan said, 'our deportation officers and special agents succeeded across a broad range of initiatives and operations. From disrupting and dismantling illegal drug trafficking networks to arresting and removing aliens, including criminals who are too often released back into our communities, our workforce came together in 2017 to do what we do best - enforce the law.' As the largest investigative agency in DHS, ICE enforcement and investigative activities are handled by two distinct directorates; Enforcement and Removal Operations, or ERO, and Homeland Security Investigations, or HSI. In ERO, the most significant gains were made in administrative arrests and interior removals. Administrative arrests totaled more than 143,000; of those, 110,568 occurred after January 20, which is a 42% increase over the same time period last year. Despite numerous stories and allegations in the media falsely accusing ICE of conducting indiscriminate raids and sweeps, the fact is that 92% of all aliens arrested by ICE this year had criminal convictions, pending criminal charges, were an immigration fugitive, or were an illegal re-entrant. This supports the agency's long-held assertion that its officers know how to prioritize enforcement without overly prescriptive mandates. According to Homan, 'the directions from the top may change, but the consistency and excellence of the results delivered by these deportation officers is steadfast.' Interior removals were also significantly higher in FY2017 than they were the year before. In FY2017, ICE removed more than 81,000 aliens from the interior of the country. More than 61,000 of those removals occurred after January 20, which is an increase of 37% over the same time period in FY2016. While the historic low in U.S. Custom and Border Protection's (CBP) border apprehensions led to a slight decline in overall removal numbers, ICE's strong interior enforcement efforts nearly made up the difference. In addition, the number of countries who do not cooperate in the return of their nationals was reduced from 12 in April 2017, to just nine by the end of the year. Furthermore, the number of countries who are at risk of being labeled uncooperative has fallen from 47 to 36. The U.S. also applied visa sanctions to four countries in FY2017 for failure to cooperate, which sends a clear message: cooperate or face consequences. The results achieved by the special agents of Homeland Security Investigations, or HSI, in FY2017 were equally impressive. HSI made more than 4,800 criminal arrests in national anti-gang operations, strengthening our efforts to uphold public safety. In addition, a renewed focus on identifying and dismantling the ultra-violent MS-13 gang led to nearly 800 arrests in FY17, an 83% increase over last year. ICE is also on the frontlines of the fight against illegal narcotics trafficking that is contributing to the country's deadly opioid epidemic. Our special agents seized approximately 7,000 pounds of heroin and more than 2,300 pounds of fentanyl, a drug so deadly, just a few grams can be lethal. As Mr. Homan pointed out in a recent press conference, these statistics represent only a fraction of the success ICE deportation officers and special agents achieved in FY2017. A more detailed report of the agency's results is available online. Moving forward, Homan recognized, 'there's much more to do. We need to maintain the dedication shown by our personnel by matching it with more staffing resources. We need to address misguided policies and loopholes that only serve as pull factors for more illegal immigration.' The emails were reported to have contained 'confidential' information. Abedin also forwarded sensitive State Department emails to her personal Yahoo email account before every Yahoo account was hacked, first reported by the Daily Caller. Abedin also sent passwords for her government laptop to her Yahoo account on Aug. 24, 2009. In 2013, Yahoo was hacked, and the company said in a statement that 'all Yahoo user accounts were affected' by the theft. Former FBI Director James Comey, who led the Clinton email investigation, said during a congressional hearing last year that he believed Abedin forwarded emails to Weiner for him to print out so that she could give them to Clinton. Abedin's emails shook the 2016 presidential race, as Comey told Congress on Oct. 28, 2016, just days before the election, that the FBI had found more of Clinton's messages on Weiner's laptop as they investigated a sexting case against him. The discovery of those records reopened the case against Clinton, several months after Comey said he wasn't recommending any charges be filed in the case. Comey at the time said Clinton was 'extremely careless' in her handling of classified emails on her private server Trump was referring to U.S. Navy Sailor Kristian Saucier, who was put in prison for taking unauthorized photos inside a nuclear submarine. He seemed to suggest a double standard is at play, compared with the lack of punishment for Clinton and her aides. The president's tweet comes after the State Department, in a Friday news dump, released a batch of emails from Abedin's account that were discovered by the FBI on a laptop belonging to her estranged husband, Anthony Weiner. At least four of the documents were marked 'classified.' The State Department on Friday released a batch of work-related emails from the account of top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin that were discovered by the FBI on a laptop belonging to Abedin's estranged husband, Anthony Weiner, near the end of the 2016 presidential campaign. At least four of the documents released Friday are marked 'classified.' One November 2010 document that was released shows Abedin forwarding an email to an address titled 'Anthony Campaign.' Former FBI Director James Comey said during a congressional hearing earlier this year that he believed Abedin regularly forwarded emails to Weiner for him to print out so she could give them to Clinton. Comey famously said in July 2016 that Clinton was 'extremely careless' in her handling of classified emails on a private server. That 2010 email was a 'callsheet' to Clinton about her upcoming call to Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal to warn about an imminent leak of U.S. diplomatic cables - so-called Cablegate - from WikiLeaks. The rest of the document is redacted and marked classified as of August 2015. Abedin is a longtime aide to Clinton who worked at the State Department and on Clinton's campaign. The emails indicate that Clinton was still invested in party politics despite her cabinet position. In one April 2011 email, Abedin informs her that Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz had been selected as chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee.
