I’ve lost weight which is great! I’m not at my lw YET but give me a few days and I will be which feels amazing. I’ve been feeling really really hungry. But doing everything I can to distract myself. I need to start doing more workouts bjt they’re sooopo boring. Ugh I’ll start tonight. Love u all

I feel so sick and disappointed with myself. I haven’t gained much weight, but my body looks drastically different. I’ve been running off carbs and chocolate for the last few weeks, and it’s not okay. And I haven’t even been caring much either. But heres to a better body this year. And this time I am dedicated.

Back on track as of tomorrow. These past couple of weeks have been DREADFUL and I know tomorrow I’m going to be so gutted at what I see on the scale.
Meal planning for tomorrow to told myself accountable
Breakfast - wheat cereal
Lunch - salad and grapes
Dinner - bowl of dairy-free yogurt
