i ended up reading and watching the ghost bride bc u rec'd it and omg (thank the lord for it being on kindle unlimited) ...... its in my head permanently now. maybe im a snob but i definitely preferred the book, the fairy-tale elements were handled better, and the show had a lot of plot holes, but all-in-all A Fun Ride. and li lan & er lang's early banter in the show was gold

it's truly a precious book 🤍 i think of the book + show as diff entities. the book truly handles the fairy tale better while the series spin to the horror element much thrilling for viewing. tq for sharing anon! 🤍
