Reprimir lo que sientes, lo que piensas, solo retrasa el proceso, te aparta de tu felicidad, cuando sientas que algo te incomoda, que recuerdes que algo o alguien ya no esta, cuando te pese el corazón y se te haga un nudo en la garganta, solo déjalo fluir, deja que tenga que pasar lo que tenga que pasar, ¿Quieres llorar? Adelante, nadie se ha muerto de eso, ¿Quieres mirar hacia atrás? Hazlo, teniendo presente en que ahí ya no queda más que solo recuerdos. Que no te perturbe ni te distraigas de lo que eres, del aquí y el ahora, no hay nada que hacer con el pasado y el futuro es incierto, lo que puedes hacer es mejorar tu presente y la constancia te llevara al lugar donde desees estar. Mira a tu alrededor, todos estamos viviendo en el mismo mundo pero internamente todos somos un mundo diferente

One of the most helpful things I've learned to do with ADHD is when I need to start a task, I don't think "I need to do this task" I think "I need to do (first step of task)".

I don't tell myself "I need to wash the dishes piling up in the sink." I tell myself "I need to get the scrub brush and turn on the facuet." That's easy, so I do it and bam, I've started the task.

"I need to brush my teeth" -> "I need to get my toothbrush wet and put toothpaste on it."

"I need to write this essay" -> "I need to pull up the assignment guidelines and open a word doc."

"I need to go to the store." -> "I need to put on my shoes."

Tasks are easily overwhelming when you constantly think about them in their entirety, so picking the most immediate part you need to so and only focusing/doing that helps to get you to start it with less anexity & stress.

Alongside the interview, Alex Hirsch also sent me and Hana each a personalized Gravity Falls drawing made and signed by him. This was mine.

I can now say that Dipper and Mabel have visited Canada and specifically, my home town of Toronto.

I'll probably never own Journal 3 Special Edition. But this imo is even better. There's a pretty funny story that happened regarding this drawing that I'll be sharing in the behind the scenes video I got coming on the channel next month on just how we got this interview to happen.
