Little Safety Tips for a Fun Night of Trick or Treating 🎃👻🧙‍♀️🦇💀 🎃 👻 🦇💀 🎃

Going trick or treating is such a fun thing to do during the Halloween season, no matter if you’re big or little but it’s still important to be safe so here’s some spookily safe tips to make it a wonderful night.

Wear a warm jacket or sweater if it gets chilly, you don’t want to catch a cold and not enjoy your sweets.

Bring a flashlight to see at night, even better if it’s halloween themed, your phone works fine too.

Remember to say Please and Thank You each time you receive candy.

Wearing a cool glowstick helps you see in the dark without having to carry your treat bag and flashlight all at once in the dark, plus it’s a really cool accessory.

Wear comfy shoes and socks to not make your feet hurt walking all night.

If you’re in a group of trick or treaters at a doorstep, remember to wait your turn and say excuse me or sorry if you bump into someone.

Carry a water bottle in your treat bag or a backpack in case you get thirsty, and you will, after walking around getting candy.

Look both ways before crossing a street or grab your caregiver’s hand and they’ll help you cross.

Remember to walk and not run, it’ll be dark and hard to see, you don’t want to trip and get ouchies.
