Actually a redraw of an older piece. I have been working on bigger projects so haven’t had much time for sketches. Trig is not a huge fan of the cold. So when she is doing plans and such it is heavy sweaters, warm blankets and warm drinks (usually tea).

This piece started out as a light study and became a full painting over the year it took me to finish it. I know there are still quite some mistakes with all the different light sources but I really need to stop working on it. Hope you enjoy :)

I’m always looking forward to this day more than my irl birthday ;w; I knew I wanted to do a mini account tour/overview for this occasion, and only waited for the precious gift to show up. So here it is!

I just screenshotted my /age and was surprised to see a pretty, round number of 5k hours. Good coincidence :>

My main goal for the third year was to reach 20k ap before the birthday, and I even overkilled it. More serious approach to ap hunt is now a good habit, overall I became more disciplined and serious with the game, which makes me feel good tbh. Still not setting my foot into raids and higher level fractals because no static u_u

I also gained 1k WvW ranks during the year, not gonna stop here tho >:Dc It’s pretty much the only source of positive emotions for me nowadays, I escape into WvW to hang out, fool around and not necessarily to murder people ;w;

Money wise it was a good year, growing steady and keeping my trade secrets to myself <w< Gold wars is another thing I indulge in, it’s simply so fun to me. Bless this game with its living economy. It’s been showing disturbing signs lately, but I’m trying to adapt and hoping for the best. ;w;

Lastly, my character roster, I’m suffering from altoholism actually enjoying it, been trying to keep things under control so maybeeee JUST 3-4 new characters this year :’DD I didn’t screenshot heavy WIP and unimportant mules. Still there’s enough for two separate posts, uh oh. Gonna put the oldest and most played chars here and the rest here.

I tried my hand on some references for Cazzif - especially the location of her scars. Asura anatomy isn’t easy at all. When I lost my patience I simply traced a screenshot as you can see in the lower left picture xD But I kept trying and came up with the version on the right, which I like a lot.

The pictures show her shortly after a “lab incident” that caused the loss of her right eye and arm. She’s still recovering from that… will take a while to grow back her beautyfull hair though q_q (future glimpse on the top left)

I’ve seen a lot of great asura art lately and I got inspired (especially by these ones) to make some outfits for my thief, Ymir.

The one on the top is her armor. I made the other two as “bonuses” based on this two posts -> Asuras on oversized sweaters and asuras on fursuits (I’m not sure if this is the kind of fursuit he meant tho D:)

two of my favorites. Gate Technician Xaffae was born in Rata Sum, and trained to work on Asura gates, which landed her a job in Lions Arch. And also makes her an amazing asset as a member of the Order of Whispers. Her quiet nature, and near expressionless voice and face means that others often forget her quickly helping her with information gathering. Glemm was born in Lions Arch, the son of a pair of shipping Magnates on the captains counsel. Flamboyant and outgoing, he can bluster his way through most situations and moves in society in Lions Arch, from the very top, to the very bottom with ease. Also a member of the Order of Whispers though one would never be able to tell by his additude and gallant nature. Glemm belongs to @durmondcharr
