It makes our eyes find delight in them, our souls rejoice whilst looking at them, and our hearts feel calm and reassured by their presence, because they are pious, righteous, and guided.

With the Right person, it'll all come naturally. Almost effortlessly. Respect, honour, loyalty, reassurance, understanding, clarity, communication, love, everything. You don't have to ask twice or beg for the bare minimum. You don't have to think twice before sharing your soul. They'll walk in your life and both of you won't be able to ignore the familiarity for each other as if you've known each other for eternity. Everything you ever wanted in your spouse, it'll come in abundance.

Why does the word 'darkness ظلمات( have a plural form, while the word 'light' )نور( only has a singular form?

Ibn al-Qayyim said:

"This is one of the wonders of the Quran because the true path is only one, while the false paths are numerous."
