The general idea was a no stand au where Fugo and Haruno become unlikely friends. However, the mafia is a dangerous business and despite Fugo’s efforts to deter Haruno away, one fateful incident leaves the younger teen dead. Unable to accept what happened to his friend, fugo finds it difficult to move on. That is, until the boy he once knew as Haruno comes back into his life as something else.

(Or something like that, my elevator pitch if u will)

A what if scenario, where fugo and haruno meet before he is “giorno” and joins the gang, with a supernatural turn. Originally intended as an excuse to write something horror related but I got in my feels with the subjects of grief and identity in a coming of age type of way.
