If the Jin are Pixiu, the Jiang tigers, the Lan dragons, the Nie boars, and WWX a 3 legged crow, what creature form do the Wen (and thus Sizhui) have?

The main branch under Wen Ruohan are based on a meshing of the 凤凰 (phoenix) and 朱雀 (vermilion bird) mythos- they see themselves as the ruling elite of the skies, and are irritated by the existence of other beasts who share the skies with them such as the Lan Dragons, and the Crow WWX. 

The side branch where Wen Qing, Wen Ning and Wen Yuan hail from are based on 麒麟 Qilin- although I’ve added some extra characteristics to them lol.

Unlike the Wen Phoenixes or the Lan Dragons, they do not have a fixed “element” and instead are influenced by the environment they inhabit. This is why they are extremely sensitive to the food they intake, and the sort of energy they surround themselves with.

Growing up with the Wen Phoenixes, Wen Ning is attuned to the fire element, and exhibits those characteristics with his mane. a’Yuan when he was small also shows fire in his mane and tail.

After he was adopted by the Lan Dragons, over time his mane and pelt takes on the cloudy, airy element that the Lan Dragons reside in. If one doesn’t know what the Wen Qilins look like, he can easily be mistaken for a Lan Dragon. However he is very aware that his one antler is an immediate giveaway to those who know what to look for. So for most of his life he hides his antler with the excuse that he’s just antler-shy.

After his death, Wen Ning is no longer able to absorb elements, so his mane and pelt have blackened and hardened as a result.

I’ve actually answered the Junior ask a while ago lol but I deleted the ask on my main and shifted it to my WIP blog because I planned to clean up the pic and post it properly with the other matching gijinka pic. I like to housekeep on this blog fairly often so if you don’t see an ask, there’s a chance its on @sourplops haha

I’ll post this again, not exactly the same text, but I’m trying.

I had this idea months ago, I really love the game Detroit: Become Human, this is a crossover between that game and Undertale.

Here the android monsters have the same system as the android humans, and the same functions.

Sans is a new custom monster edition android prototype. And Papyrus comes to pick him up. But not as assistant, as his brother instead. After all, Papyrus is always alone, for some reason…

He will teach him that he should not follow orders or wait for them. That he can do things on his own, and think for himself.

It is then that sans will find his true purpose.

I’ll continue this comic, the style will change a bit. These pages are like the test.
