so i have 5 full weeks until i go back to school and this is the diet im starting today
for the 5th week, im going to repeat week 3 but with 7.5k steps and more water needed to drink
i made a list of my own rules which are too long too list out here, but ill be weighing in on mondays and thursdays instead of daily, and not having any breakfast ever

I’m not complaining about quarantine because I know we need to do it to slow the spread of Covid BUT it’s a lot fricken easier to starve myself and get skinny when I’m not sitting 8 feet from the fridge and napping all day. Like shit I just want to go back to school, feeling like a fat ass in front of everyone gives me motivation to not eat. Now the only one who’s judging me is my cat and she likes it when I’m fat cause I’m warmer.
