2 weeks to go everybody omg!!! and I'm only about half way through these the panic is starting to set in... but today we get to talk about ani!

Honestly I have such a weird relationship with ani because I ADORE this soundtrack. 100% the soundtrack I listen to the most it's appeared in my spotify wrapped a lot over the last 5 years

However I'm just very... meh about the show. It definitely has some great moments (Brian's delivery of 'I can't read' is one of the funniest lines in starkid history fight me) but ultimately just I don't know dick about star wars

What would be your absolute top choice 'it probably won't happen but I will go feral if they perform this' song?

Eurgh please clark I'm begging you to perform A N Y T H I N G from ani!!! I would be singing along from the front row at the top of my voice and you wouldn't even notice that nobody else in the theatre knows the words

My top top choices would be with my own eyes or the force but every single song in Ani is a 10/10 banger

Let's be real we're not getting any songs from Ani and it's such a shame because they're fucking great and (maybe) the best thing about leakycon london was how much the audience went absolutely INSANE for clark and he deserves that again

i was wondering if you or anyone else would happen to know what the meet and greet might be like? i've never been to anything like that before so i don't know what to expect

also i remember seeing peeps just after the tickets were sold talking about like bringing gifts n stuff for the cast at the meet and greet - is that something that's expected? what kind of thing do people normally bring? i fear that i won't have time to get/make gifts in time since i'm super busy atm.

Tbh I’ve not been to a m&g before so can’t really offer much insight, however I can definitely say that gifts are not expected

If you want to take something then absolutely go for it and I’m sure they’ll appreciate it, but there’s definitely no expectation and what starkid will love most is just having the chance to talk to and meet fans like you ❤️

for real though i don't know how i'm going to survive iski. like you don't understand i've been a starkid fan since their most recent show was a very potter sequel. when i was 14 i walked to and from school with the avpm & avps soundtracks on loop and dreamed what felt like a hopeless little dream, that someday i would be able to see them live. starkid gave me so much hope and joy and inspiration and windows into friendships in a time when my mental health was by far the lowest it's ever been. i am 28 now and it's happening in 15 days. holy shit holy shit holy fucking shit fucking holy fucking shit. literally what am i supposed to do with myself

The whole show is just starkid at its best like the soundtrack is just non-stop bangers (take off your clothes is the only skip imo)

If I had to go for a number 1 choice, it would probably be no one remembers achmed, just because I'd love to be in an audience that shouts 'he fucked a tiger' at the top of their voices

However happy ending is my actual favourite song from twisted

And I would kill for a brian/meredith duet of a thousand and one nights

sorry if this is a silly question or has been asked before but can anyone give a rough idea on how many bracelets i should make??

mine are quite complicated (because like a MORON /lh i thought itd be cool to make clay beads and paint them with musical logos and characters) and they take like 3+ days (drying time 😭) to be fully ready and i dont know whether to continue doing the cool ones that take ages or to also make some normal ones as well 😨 it depends on how many everyone else is bringing

The whole point of this is just to have fun, be creative and make friends so it’s literally just whatever you want to make it

I’ve seen some people who’ve made 5, I’ve seen some people who’ve made 120 and both ways of approaching it are amazing 🥰

Personally I love that you’re putting so much time into each bracelet- they sound incredible and I’d love to receive something made with that much heart ❤️ but it’s also very valid to want to give bracelets to as many people as possible 🤷‍♀️

So honestly idk, just go with whatever vibe works for you and have fun… you’re welcome for the very helpful feedback 😅
